BIGGBY Coffee

Although most of my experiences at this location have met expectations, there have been a few times when my order is not full. For example, the most recent visit I paid extra for a medium size drink, but upon receiving the order, it was so light that it prompted me to lift the lid and investigate; it was only 3/4 full. Definitely disappointing when I pay extra for a larger portion!

Love this place. Great lattes and coffee. Good muffins too.

We go to the saline biggby pretty much daily for our coffee. And the girls are amazing there!! Tracey is the best!! They are always so kind and courteous. And make our coffees exactly how we like them. THANK YOU LADIES 😊

Pulled into the drive thru around 7:40am. There was only one car in front of me and I proceeded to the window quiet quickly. Was happy to see that it was going to be a quick in and out because we all know how drive thrus and fast food have been struggling these days. I waited 15 minutes before the cashier attempted to charge me, for the wrong order. Once I corrected her, she took a moment, charged me correctly and then I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. She apologized for the wait and I left. Got to work, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a vegan egg and cheese bagel and instead I got that new waffle sandwich, no egg, and I'm not 100% this is vegan meat. You can't serve vegetarians pork! Also, just to be pessimistic, my drink sucks.

The staff here is always exceptionally friendly and nice! The drinks are always made well. Favorites of my family are the amazing new orange cream freeze, along with old favorites, including chai tea latte, spicy cinnamon tea latte, a good, old-fashioned plain latte with no foam, snow berry with light flavor (be SURE they give you the white lightning chocolate drizzle--it's the best part!), and a chocolate chip cream freeze with strawberries added. Staff has always been friendly. I travel allot and drink too much Biggby Coffee ;)

If I had to find a negative for this location, it would be that won't accept coupons from other Biggby locations when I've asked

Update:. They took good care of Lila- the "pup cup" is a special treat!

I love love love Biggby and the staff here is wonderful and the drinks and service are great. I had an issue here and it was quickly resolved by Tracy, one of the managers. I felt very taken care of by her and the staff.

I hate giving 1 star but there's a reason. I've been here 4 times within 2years even with new staff. IT TAKES FOREVER!!! IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY KEEP DRIVING. The picture included is supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. There is a literal smear of cream cheese. Not exaggerated. So mad this is the last attempt to get breakfast in a decent time frame. No sense of urgency. If you're going to be slow make sure the order is made well.
