BIGGBY COFFEE

I went through the drive thru today with my sister in law who's worked for Biggby previously. She ordered me a birthday cake STEAMER (and clearly said steamer), but when I got it there was coffee in it. So I ended up going inside to let them know, not even being rude! The manager, I guess Paige, had a very rude response to me saying it was made wrong. Said to me I should have said steamer (when we did!) And then she proceeded to tell me that next time I should make myself more clear because everything there is coffee related. Don't talk to me like I'm stupid when I can clearly see the biggby COFFEE sign!!

Biggby is my and my wife's favorite coffee shop! The other places just don't have the kind of personality that makes you feel like family when we visit. Shannon is the absolute best and makes us feel welcomed and remembered everytime we come. The BOGO coupons are an absolute steal and we come everytime we get one! Thanks Biggby Rosevile for being the #1 location in the country!

Pretty good ! Kind of slow in their service. Expect tips. & discounts from neighboring businesses but don't like to give the same back. Oh ! They r friendly to everyone.

I was a long time fan of Starbucks until I've discovered Biggby. Their service at this particular location (as well as the other locations I've been to) is always fast & friendly. I believe their prices are very decent and Biggby often has bogo coupons via their social media pages, plus their rewards system is great. Check them out! :)

I used to work at this location when the previous owners were still around... this place has had a hugeee comeback! It's so much cleaner, the owner obviously cares more than the old ones, and the staff is absolutely lovely. I will definitely be coming in again!

Small plain coffee $2.11. They hand you a cup. Go over to the push down dispensers, three of them are empty, two are not even Luke warm... Went to McDonald's across the street. $.80 coffee.. fresh and hot.. never going back! Roseville MI on Gratiot and 696.

Walked in having a bad day, walked out feeling like a new person.
I got a teddy bear latte with no espresso made w/coconut milk (I'm 32 weeks preggers) and the young lady behind the counter held a conversation with me the entire time, and gave me a lot of educational information about caffiene free drinks she could make me,and she made me the best hot drink I've ever had . I just figured I'd give her a shout out (not sure of her name) she had dark brown hair and glasses, whoever you are, you're great at your job and you turned my day around .

Just got reprimanded for grabbing my own cup. I have been coming to Bigby for years. They have always told me to grab my own cup. Now my hands are not clean. Totally illogical. I then proceeded to filling area where I pumped my own coffee and put my lid on. I guess my hands are clean enough for that. Also drive thru gets priority over walk ins. They are off my list.

Wow! Just WOW!! I've been a Biggby fan for a couple years now, but this one is far and away the best one I have ever visited! The best was Paige, the store manager!! She gave me a great conversation and helped me find a new drink that I love! Paige was downright AMAZING!! If you love Biggby or you're looking to try it for the first time, Roseville Biggby is the place for you!!
