BIGGBY COFFEE

We waited five minutes in line before being asked what we wanted because a girl who wasn’t even a customer was in front of us was talking to the barista about their personal lives. I’m a huge biggby fan and I am super dissapointed by the customer service at the Portland location. Will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Too bad the ownership doesn't care as much as the employees. Can't scan my phone for a coupon. Can't take my rewards card. You want me to carry a punch card for your one obsolete location. No NO NOOO! I hate printing anything just so it can be thrown away! Buy your employees the equipment that 2017 expects or sell your franchise to someone who will.

No digital rewards.
When asked was told because it was located in a grocery store. (which makes no sense)
The self serve coffees were all nearly empty.
This kind of apathy is becoming the norm for retail but until this experience I never associated it with Biggby's.
I'm very disappointed.

I worked at a Biggby for 8 years. I had a coupon that I know was valid and was told they weren't allowed to use it. I didn't get anything and will never return to this location.

Always good coffee and quick service.

Nice people and great drinks but a little slow at times. Need more people scheduled during busy times. Collen is the best!! And so is Kaylei

The fact they are not digital is so outrageous. Portland is a progressive town Tom's in outdated punch card for points. They won't take digital coupons from your phone. Ridiculous

This is a nice little coffee shop that is inside a grocery store. They have a friendly staff that gets the orders out in a timely fashion.

Excellent service and the staff are super friendly! Our drinks were excellent and so were our bragels!
