Biggby Coffee

My husband and I stopped here to relax and refresh after a 14 mile bike ride on a nearby path. The place was clean, the employees friendly helpful, the drinks very good. I had my typical iced coffee, and my husband a mocha latte.

Great food, good drinks, but they never give me my whole order. They always forget something and any time my mom tries to go here to get a coffee cake muffin they ALWAYS forget it. They also never give receipts. If you call about it because you’re on your way somewhere, they make you jump through hoops, and even then say “well for today we can give it to you but that’s about it” and are very rude on the phone to you.otherwise if you just go back around or drive back up there and tell them-they’ll fix their mistake

Informed girl at window I did not receive my change, she went on to tell me I did, even though I knew I had not. 11.21 to be exact. So when your curious why you received this 1 star, it's because I had no 10.00 bill in my possession after pulling away. 🤔 When that drawer is heavy at shift change remember that's not a tip.

Slow! Slow! Slow!! I sat in the drive-thru line for 6 minutes and it never moved. I had seen a lady walk in as I was driving to the back of the building. When I went inside after my 6min wait, they were just taking her order!! 3 girls were “working” so there was no excuse. I did NOT take out nor did I pay anything, but there aren’t fitting options

The staff is great! Always friendly and they wanna be sure your coffee is made right. Rock on! ✌️💜☕️🥯

This used to be my go to spot for coffee. They used to make a lot of money from just my orders. A couple of weeks ago on a weekday morning, I brought a specific order that was made wrong back to this location. The manager (heavy set Caucasian woman with brown hair)did not want to replace it free of charge, and said she would discount it. Mind you, I brought back the entire coffee. She was clearly bothered and said she made it how it was ordered. When I insisted that it was not me who had ordered my own drink with an additional 2 shots (total of 5) of espresso, she begrudgingly made me another drink. That day, I got sick to my stomach, and almost didn’t make it through the work day. I kept thinking to myself, that I had not changed my routine at all, and I was not sure why I got sick. But I can’t help but to wonder, if something other than my order was added to my drink…will NEVER be returning here again.

i’ve never went to a biggby and had this messed up, i ordered a white lightning with extra whip and carmel on top. they just gave me a teddy bear… they had 5 employees on staff took forever to make my order. not trying to go back and wait 10 minutes for another.

Best coffee house ever! The employees are amazing would highly recommend Biggby in Chilson Commons ❤️

I like this Biggy. The drive thru is nice and there is seating inside and some benches outside.
