NOVI Coffee and Tea

Great coffee fresh roasted on site; so much better quality than Starbucks for less money and less hassle from crowds. I no longer go to Starbucks, there is no need to. All coffee served here was roasted less than 7 days ago. Most of the baristas even put the pattern in the milk on you lattes! Chose something better, dump Starbucks. You'll be glad you did...

I cannot say nothing but great things about this place. The people, staff, and owners even are super welcoming and comfortable to be around. Me and my girlfriend have never been this relaxed with such delicious mochas, baked goods, and other delicacies.
Here's to the next location at 12 Oaks! I wish the company the best for its completion!!
I recommend the Zebra Mocha. It's the best thing to start off with.

Really nice coffee shop. This is my local go-to when I want a place just to hang out/relax. I typically get a pour-over coffee, which is always good (although a bit pricey).

Although it's not a big problem, sometimes I have a hard time finding seating. I have been there several times when 4-personal tables are being hogged by a single person w/ a computer and bag.

Since it has very high rating, I was expecting a lot to the cafe. I went in there couple times, and found it was not really my favorite. The cafe is always way too cold to relax and be comfy. It's like I am in the fridge! Coffee, it seems little too dark for me, but that's really a preference. It always look like barista is not enjoying making coffee and is in the rush. The staff aren't as friendly as other cafe that I go to (like Red Dot at Northville). So over all I would say 3 stars.

Nice employees but the place was really dirty. I ordered a dark roast coffee with room for cream to go. I get it immediately but it's literally lukewarm. I used their really dirty microwave to warm it up which is pretty ridiculous since the barista just gave it to me. I like to support local businesses but I don't think I would be back anytime soon.

Always very friendly staff and the red tuxedo with 2 extra espresso shots is my absolute favorite!😍 Variety of ways to have it too... dark, milk, white chocolate; regular milk, almond milk.... Yum! 😋

I can’t believe all the good reviews! I was in yesterday and asked for a medium iced coffee with cream only. She handed me a foam cup of black coffee and told me the cream was behind me. Not only was it the worst coffee I have ever had, it was almost $6.

The senator was visiting so the place was buzzing. Excellent selection of loose tea (highly recommend the acai). Loved that the owner enjoyed chatting about local business. Even if you don't have the opportunity to meet him, his passion for community is evident as he sells books by a local author at the register. Highly recommend this place.

Definitely added on my favorite place! I am highly recommending to go there where you can eat and drink, the best taste than Starbucks! Very affordable and fit what I expected. Staffs are so friendly and I need to clap at one of staffs who learned sign language to communicate. I wish I could give ten stars rated!
