NOVI Coffee and Tea

Really chill and cozy spot. My first and second visit was amazing. Cool baristas explain and serve everything with a great attitude! My second visit I came and had some chamomile and Lavender tea. I wanted more for home needing a good night time tea. To my surprise two oz of this gem was only $5.50! Most shops want much more. The girls helped me and sent me home happy 💛💜 My new favorite spot for sure.

Can’t say much about coffee but staff was very rude. I drove over 50 min to get to Providence hospital to my wife in the labor and delivery. I had to use the bathroom and was in agony holding it in, I chose the first place that might have a restroom and stopped here,the barista was extremely rude and kicked me out unless I ordered a coffee in a 10 person line. Not a way to treat people. Never will I be a customer here even if their coffee is great.

This is my new favorite coffee shop! The decor is beautiful and welcoming, including comfy chairs, two fireplaces, and plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. The staff is very nice and the desserts are amazing! I've tried six different bakery items and enjoyed every one of them.

I loved that this place was partnered with Caribou for a while, but they roast all their coffee in house now and the quality of the coffee far exceeds what it use to be.

I would definitely recommend visiting this place to anyone that are coffee purist. They offer all the options more commercialized shops offer too, so there is coffee drinks and teas to suit everyone.

Nice place, staff was super friendly and the Zebra Mocha was legit. Think this used to be chain coffee place, but that was a while ago.

Cafe was clean, comfortable seating and they had a nice choice of drinks. Would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

I drive 45 min to buy their fresh roasted while beans for my coffee at home. Staff has excellent knowledge and they have some gosh darn great coffee beans. Great coffee drinks and atmosphere too if you want to stay and hang out a bit.

The coffee is fresh (they roast their own beans!), and the staff is very kind and accommodating to guests with allergies, and to coffee lovers like me who are trying to cut back on caffeine for health reasons.

On my first visit today, the barista crafted me a half-caff zebra mocha and it was out of this world!

This place is not clean...the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in probably a year. If you sit on the armchairs by the fireplace watch for crumbs and garbage that has collected over time. If you decide to stay at the coffee shop, they will give you your drink in a mug...watch for stains. Drinks are good and the environment is nice. Breakfast options are below average..

So, I have not been here for coffee before, but the woman at the counter helped me in a pinch and I appreciated the customer service more than anything. She was older (I'm in my 20's) with lighter hair and when I came in looking for a tea infuser, she helped me out with a few disposable tea bags. Unfortunately, I did not have cash on me, so I could not leave a tip. However, the impression it gave me definitely gave me a spark to swing by and pick up coffee and tea the next time I need some. Thank you so much and I apologize profusely that I did not write this sooner!
