NOVI Coffee and Tea

The staff here is a very friendly and they have a great selection of coffee and tea drinks at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a delicious treat that is light yet rich, try the quesito! It is a type of pastry I have only been able to find here and is totally worth stopping in for (get it warmed up and then sit down to really savor it - just my advice).

This place is really nice. It's comfortable and cozy, and the people are friendly and helpful. They have a small but nice drink selection and they also have food, which I have not yet tried but looks really good. I like the eclectic mugs and hodgepodge furniture; I think it gives a really nice feel to the place. The prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is far above Starbucks and it's quiet enough to have a real conversation. This place is a real gem, but I think it gets overlooked since it's at the end of a small strip mall. It's hands-down the best coffee/tea shop in the area.

Nice, comfortable seating with a good selection of drinks. The Red Tuxedo (raspberry, chocolate, espresso, and whipped cream) makes me drool like Homer Simpson. The customer service is also great. My only complaint is that the establishment/ownership doesn't come off as the most welcoming, since you need a key to use the bathrooms, a receipt to get access to the Wi-Fi, and there are signs throughout that ask patrons to spend at least $5 an hour if they plan on staying for a bit. From a business perspective, I get it; but from a customer's perspective, it doesn't feel super friendly.

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and approachable. The drinks were affordable and very delicious! They had a lot of different options such as substituting whole milk with skim or soy milk to accommodate people. The interior is cozy and inviting. I will definitely be returning =)

Consistently great coffee. Kind and friendly service, and great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy. Great assortment of home made pastries including delicious Quesitos.

Best coffee north of 8 mile rd. I prefer this place over Starbucks, Tim Hortons, etc any day. It's nice cozy place to enjoy your coffee. In the winter/ fall they have a very nice fire place area with sofa seats. Local lore is that this used to be a chain choice store but when it closed regular customers from local business in the area jointly bought it to keep a good meeting place apart from the chain stores. The idea paid off as it seems to draw enough customers. Still the atmosphere is friendly and the coffee is delicious.

I ordered a latte and it was good, but I was a bit disappointed when it didn’t came with the latte art, because that’s why I had came, but staff was kind

The woman working at the counter either had no mask at all or a weird tiny shield that barely covered her nose. Customers walked around with no masks on and looked at me like I wasn’t a member of some weird club they had. Who cares whether the coffee is good or not? If you can’t follow the same rules that everyone else can, then you don’t deserve to have customers.
