Biggby Coffee

Normally everyone at the Niles location is super friendly and polite. Not the case with the girl at the front window this morning. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I said yes, she acted like it wasn't enough. Got real short and rude with me. Enough that I'll go elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience with the blended Carmel coffee and doughnut holes I would never try it again because of the terrible customer service 1st and last time

First time trying this place. Ordered a marshmallow and caramel coffee all the pictures on the menu board show whipped cream on top but you have to pay extra for it and I did and didn't receive it and I also ordered donut holes they expired that day and were dry as heck! Very disappointed

Love their White owl and the new blast drinks. My fav is the green apple lagoon

They're sooooooo slooooooow. I don't even like coffee I just go for my girlfriend.

Very friendly and appreciative staff. As always great food! I don't mind leaving them a tip! And this location is so tiny, but i appreciate how quick they are to get there orders put together regardless of that.

Ordered a drink without mocha and espresso and was given a drink without the espresso but it had the mocha and was missing the topping it was supposed to come with. Tried to explain that they messed up my drink and was treated like I was stupid.

I was at the Biggby Coffee in Niles on Sunday ordering a very berry mocktail and a bragel sandwich. The lady taking my order was so kind and very thoughtful making sure my sandwich was properly cream cheesed and the extra sweet foam was to my liking. I gave the girls an extra tip. We see and hear all too often the negative things. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the lady's working that day your smiles, kindness and extra detail to attention did not go unnoticed!!!! Great job owners Josh and Sarah for recognizing talent in your workers. Highly recommend you stop by and given them a try. I will be back.
