Agua Dulce Coffee & Tea

This was good but not great coffee. The ambiance was charming and the staff friendly but I was disappointed after all of the great reviews to get a Starbucks grade cup of coffee. I was pleased, however, that my mocha was not too sweet and that they used whole milk instead of two percent. That was nice for taste but the espresso was just not a great flavor.

Extremely Great Place for the people who are very picky on their coffees and Teas!!! Their tea is brewed from tea leaves and Not tea bags full of left over tea leaves dust swipe off the floors. The Coffee is roasted, grind, and brewed fresh! Most of my friends know I am Very Very hard to please on my coffees and teas....that is why I spend a few hundred on buying the best several times a year and make it at home everyday.
NOW I have a place to go here in downtown Monroe and I can send my clients who are purchasing at Michael's Estate Jewelers in Monroe, MI.

Great environment.coffee is so dang good u won't want to go anywhere else.they have seating sell other products and the staff in very nice n chilled.very relaxing place to have a cu.p of ☕ 5 stars plus 5 more stars

This place is fantastic. They have so many different types of tea I was highly impressed. The coffee selection is just as impressive. Highly recommend anyone to try this place just once because I'd hate for people to miss out on the experience of quality.
Staff here are extremely helpful taking time to answer my questions. Super clean to a point where I couldn't see anything out of place or even a grain of sugar on a surface. Can you tell im impressed I never leave this long of a review.

I like picking up my coffee beans here, drinking coffee here and occasionally splurging for a chai with cayenne pepper, WOW!

I like the owners and the staff. Their space is conducive to quiet meetings for a couple or few people. Kindness and care seem to be steeped in their DNA. Thank you Tony, family and staff for giving me a great reason to keep coming back to Monroe.

I'm glad Starbucks was closed today. I've never stopped at Agua Dulce but what a nice surprise. Employees and customers were doing an excellent job of social distancing. Will definitely be my go to place for snacks and coffee in Monroe.

*UPDATE: New location on Front is a large meet n greet n catch up spot. We happened to show up - and tried the German Choc Cake - perfection does not fo it justice. The oatmeal is perfect too. Nothing is just sugar - it is flavors, aromas and textures that equal perfect.

Very good locally roasted in season single origin coffees and a house blend.
They serve nitro cold brew coffee which has incredible flavor and consistency. Highly recommend if you like iced coffee!
They also have an extensive tea selection.
Baked goods are very good too.

The drinks are tasty and the employees are friendly! The ordering process isn't very streamlined and I feel awkward and anxious standing about waiting for drinks in such a small space. I think adding online ordering options would resolve my complaints.
