So delicious. I loved the Egyptian coffee and koshery. I had never had koshery before, but it was delicious. A little easy to miss the location, it is right next to Cottage Inn. There are some nice covered picnic tables out front too.

The customer service was great! Limited indoor seating which consists of floor cushions with TV trays which are provided or outdoor seating. I understand that they just opened so the menu is very limited. I did ask and one of the employees did say the owners will be adding more as time goes on. Apparently this coming Friday, Oct. 9th, falafel will be added. With that in mind, the main dish, Kosher, was priced high for a very small serving. $7 dollars for approximately 2 cups of noodles, chickpeas, lentils and sauce. Their Turkey & Egyptian coffee is the size of an expresso shot with the bottom 1/4- 1/3 being coffee grounds priced at $3.50 & $4.50. While both were very good in taste, expensive for how little is given. I would love to see either the price lowered considerable or to be provided with 8-12 true ounces of coffee. Overall, the food was good and the customer service was good but expensive for the amount of food received. As winter comes, I would recommend you do take out, due to the limited seating, if you are willing to pay the higher prices.
*Excuse the name on the post. My husband made a junk email for our baby registry and I didn't realize I was making a review under that account. #newbornstage 😊

Fantastic addition to Midland. I have been here several times. The food is healthy and delicious. The owners are very engaged in the business and are pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend you go to this restaurant as we need more places like this in Midland.

Koshery Is traditional Egyptian street food that is vegan, filling, and delicious. It's also very affordable. It is crispy onions, lentils, macaroni noodles, and a really nice, tasty sauce. This sounds like a very strange combination of things but it's delish. As is the tradition in Egypt, it is not a large menu. It's Just a few things done well.
I also had the baklava and a very interesting pudding. I can't actually remember what it was but I was very tasty.
I plan to head back tomorrow for Turkish coffee and Sunday for kannafa, a middle Eastern dessert.
I also had a lovely conversation with the owner.

We had a good visit. I thought while the menu is small everything tasted good and we enjoyed our meals. Looks like it will be a take out only establishment.
