Service was slow, food was cold and the hashbrowns were a tiny, burnt embarrassment. Definitely won't go back.

One of the most unique place I've ever eaten at. It manages to be both eclectic and vintage. At one time it appears it was an old Diner and a Five and Dime. The food there is top notch, we had an excellent breakfast. Grab a rock for your order number!

A must-stop. This time I got breakfast. Soups are always amazing.

Sweet heavenly goodness. We came in for breakfast and were not disappointed! So many wonderful options of fresh local food...and they aren’t stingey with the maple! My cinnamon French toast was incredibly flavorful, and despite being thick cut, was not dry at all! A lovely view over snowy Marquette topped it off. Go here. Do it.

Donckers us a 2 level facility. The lower level has a huge candy and chocolate counter and a small touristy store and a small eating area. The upper level has a kitchen area and a few dining areas. You order from the counter and they bring your food out to you. The food is primarily soup, sandwiches and mac & cheese. My son had a Reuben sandwich was nice, thick and tender. My wife a a cup of tomato soup, that had actual tomatoes in it. She also had a macaroni and cheeses made with real cheese and ham bits. I ordered a Turkey club sandwich on a panini type bread that was delicious and just the right amount of basil.

This restaurant has amazing food, amazing staff, and an amazing selection of sweets on the way out. The staff are very kind and patient, and they came to apologize when there was a delay and let us know how long it would be. The seats hold years of history, too—so, so, so many people have etched their names into the wood, which I think is super cool. I believe the oldest one I found was from 2011. I definitely recommend if you happen to be in the area!

Great food with lots of taste. Stopped in for lunch with friends while passing through town. Staff was friendly and it didn't take long at all to get our food. Had always heard this place a local favorite and now I see why. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.

Amazing service, very polite and nice to you. Fast service towards ordering and serving.
Pretty good menu, choices and sweet treats at the front counter.
The environment is just home like and you will definitely have a really good experience eating or just having a coffee.
If to be possible ask to be seated in the 2nd floor, much better.
