My daughter's whipped topping fell off her monster milkshake and they offered to make her a new one. We just asked for the whipped topping to be replaced as her shake was fine. Very friendly staff and were willing to go the extra mile for my daughter.

For an extra dollar they will split your milkshake in two cups and put toppings on both. Expensive but a fun treat

Cherri's Chocol' Art capped off my lazy lunch on a busy day beautifully with the perfect decaf cafe au lait with oat milk. I am planning to bring my daughter soon, as she is obsessed with chocolate and they make their own in store. Cherri's Chocol' Art has a semi fence with benches on the sidewalk. I am still being extra COVID careful, as my favorite aunt and uncle are visiting soon and I sure don't want to miss seeing them or worse give it to them. They also have a walk up window we use real often, so it is 100% minimal contact. Every single employee/ owner has been patient explaining all the options, kind and helpful. It's a place of want to enjoy inside once I don't need to be so COVID carfull, as their tables and decor are charmingly inviting.
