Love it! Walk here almost every day and have never had any problems with the staff. They are all super friendly and helpful and I'm sure they probably know me by now considering how many times I've been there. They offer all kinds of products ranging from ice cream, to frozen pizza, and breakfast sandwiches. They also have a very extensive line of coffee selections for practically any kind you want. They also offer a F'real milkshake machine which is a godsend in the summer time for a quick delicious milkshake if you're too far away from a dairy Queen or something like that. Highly recommend this place for anything you need if you want a snack.

I always liked going into this store. It was a store that was on my daily stop to work. Til recently with new staffing and rush of judgement on trying to keep store staffed I think a few of them there are not made for customer service. Had worst experience, and only go there now unless I don't have any other option. Was treated very poorly and when I tried to let management know I did not feel my complaint was taken seriously but instead was made even worse. I have called corporate about this issue. I have no made Elaine down the street my new stop. It is a small Mom and Pop store where I have never had an issue and cheaper prices then Holiday.

Store was a five star but has gone down hill. Not very clean compared to a year ago. Also if you pay at the pump, you can never get a receipt.

The manager Rudy felt the need to tell me his opinion on my outfit. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Not a good experience.

Second time having transaction issues with a holiday store. Customer service was poorly handled after having a monetary discrepancy.

Love how on top of things the staff is. I work nearby and am there all the time!!

Cleanest gas station in Ishpeming.
