Really good coffee...my son said his iced mocha was good. Really nice staff! The chocolate chip muffin was very good too.

Very good service. Ordered a muffin which was delicious and to my surprise, warm. Also had a butterscotch latte which was very good. A bit busy but if you can be patient it is so worth it.

Neucup has great blended drinks, ice cream, bagels, & coffee. I tried a iced latte yesterday & that was great too. They have a punch card system to earn a free cup!

I am visiting from Phoenix and was dying for a good frou frou espresso coffee in Iron Mountain. This place hit the spot. The gal at the window seemed to be a little slow at understanding our order but the end product was correct and delicious. Would go back & would recommend to those visiting from a larger city with a craving.

This place is great. We were visiting from out of town and wasn't sure where to stop for coffee. This is actually the second place we stopped because the first place we were at totally didn't make the right drinks. We got coffee from here all weekend!

The coffee is good and extra hot. They have many cold and hot options, along with several food options and seasonal options. The only downside to this place is the location. It can be challenging to get in and out due to its location, but other than that the coffee is what youd hope in a place like this.

Great product however rude service. Barista looked at us oddly when we ordered steamers. Yes, we know that steamers are steamed milk, that's what we wanted. No need to inform us of that. Very rude and poor coustomer service. Highly condescending.
