Neucup

I liked this drive-thru coffee shop. They have a ton of different flavors available. It was nice to have a quick coffee to start a long road trip up the UP. No long lines like all the other places, but quick service and pretty good coffee!

Prefer this to overly sweetened coffee places - they do a fantastic job keeping a balance with the flavors and the coffee. We use the frequency punch cards, my kids enjoy the scones and cocoa :) they've stopped serving ice cream but we still can't not stop when we're in town :)

Excellent service and fantastic coffee! I don't have to order a double shot to know I ordered a coffee beverage and not just a flavored sugar creation (I like those too, but when I want coffee I want to taste coffee). Plus, they have a loyalty punch card which I absolutely appreciate. Not to mention they LOVE my dogs .... ALL of my dogs! And of course, anybody who always has a treat for my dogs, which they've come to expect when we pull up to the window, is awesome to me! Also, I've only tried a few of their breakfast/food items but the ones I've had live up to the standards I've come to appreciate and respect in their beverages! Sept. 7th was the first time we visited Neu Cup and could not have been more satisfied! The young lady at the window was not only friendly but very polite. (Didnt get her name but the time was around 2 pm) We explained to her the type of coffees we typically order at Dunkin in our home town and she was very knowledgeable about their product and helpful in leading us to the type of coffee we love! We have a seasonal in the area and will definitely be back! Quality of coffee and staff = A+

Coffee is great! But the older woman who I believe owns the shop is just beyond rude. I have given her multiple chances just thinking maybe she’s having a bad day but after 5 different experiences with her I will no longer go there. The other younger workers are great! Just to older woman with glasses is straight RUUUUUUDE!

coffee is always very good, have been a regular customer for a few years. more recently, i have been frustrated with the long waits for your drink, as well as unfriendly and rude management. most of the employees are very friendly, but their manager wendy is rude and unprofessional to customers and employees. won’t be going back anymore.

I get coffee here everyday and it's always the best coffee no matter who is working or how busy they are they always get my drink perfect and all the girls have great attitudes

Their vanilla cappuccino is Delicious. Mellow. Incredible service. Ordered ahead because I was running late to surprise my husband during his work break. Gave only a few min notice and they had me in and out in less than 2 min! Thank you!!

So glad I stopped here! On my work trips I usually stick to Starbucks because I know what I’m going to get, but so glad I stopped at this cute drive thru. I got the caramel macchiato over ice and it was incredible, way better than Starbucks and it’s not even comparable. And they gave my travel partner (my puppy) a treat at the order AND pick up window. We both loved it, you guys are doing great!

I have to stop in and grab a blended every time I'm in town absolutely love the selection and the coffee beverages here are. Just delicious in any blend you want.
The staff are very friendly and Happy to go the extra mile to get you that perfect blend or iced coffee or hot coffee and even ice cream totally recommend dropping in when you're in the area
