Coffee Barrel

I've been buying my coffee beans here for years. They have a great variety of tasty roasts and blends, great service and the store smells WONDERFUL! Seriously, they could charge just for breathing in there. If you enjoy great, fresh roasted coffee and supporting local small businesses, you can't go wrong with the Coffee Barrel.

They sell Jamaican Blue Mountain. Been looking for a place that sells it for a long time. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their coffees.

Locally owned and great coffee! We had the Apple Crumble and the Frech Kiss! You can't normally get awesome coffee for reasonable prices! They also have almond milk which was excellent for us due to dairy allergies. They also play music which isn't the obnoxious kind or carzy loud, which I absolutley love! Next time we are in the area, we will be back!

I have decided that I like this place better than the other coffee shops in the Lansing area because is always spotlessly clean every time that I have been there. And it has always been relatively QUIET in there. The quite ambience is a Biggby for me.😀 🍵🍵☕Some of the other shops around are so loud and noisy that it's distracting or you need to speak loudly so your coffee mate can hear you.
They also have a extensive selection of coffees from all over the world for take home purchase. They even have Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee for take home!!! I have been told that it is widely considered to be the BEST coffee in the world by coffee connoisseurs.

Great variety of drinks. Ashley and Duke make a great team! Entertaining and delicious end result. Their Jamaican Blue Mountain is delicious too. They have a large overall selection of flavors for sale.

I've been buying my coffee beans from the coffee barrel for at least twelve years. (It was in another location then.) To me, it's the best hands down. I could not come back to life in the morning without it. The coffee bar also has a great atmosphere and sweet and friendly baristas. Couldn't be better.

Great coffee and very nice staff. I went for the first time today with a coworker tondo some paperwork and get caffeinated. I have never seen such an extensive latte menu! It's also great that they roast their own beans and have fair trade products.
