First time there today! WOW!...SUPER friendly and knowledgeable people, a huge variety of snacks, supplies and coffee, and some fresh variety of flavors to sample! Definitely going back!!

The people here were great!! Allowed me to deliver the night I got here instead of the next morning at my appointment time!! Also, allowed me to park for the night, and gave me a coupon to use in their coffee shop for a free coffee!!! Was good and so was the Chocolate Seafoam candy !!!! Thanks!!

My wife and i have been searching for the best coffe spot in GR since we moved. FERRIS HAS BY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTAIONS. Tge Nitro cold brew is the best ever. 10/10

When you hang out in a pretty coffee shop you pay seat rental, more or less. So this spot is a good deal.

If you want an awesome sales rep, ask for Natalie. We order coffee in bulk for our church. They deliver automatically, their coffee & prices are great.

It took me a while to realize there was actually a coffee shop tucked in this big building, but it's a great spot to get a drink and some beans or snacks to go.

Always a wonderful experience.

Didn't realize the location had moved since this one never showed up in my search results. Sad to see no more flavored coffees. The individual packets that used to be a stocking stuffer staple are now just the same few beans offered in store. Also having very plain packaging that you can barley read the name on.
