Coffee is great and i love the new rewards. Only 4 stars because i had a lady that was very short with me on my order and then even got the order wrong. And also dont have many food options early in the morning everytime i go. Besides that friendly service and good food and drinks.

Used to go here every morning, then they changed their mocha latte recipe and it's terrible now. Never taste right and usually very watery. Coffee is comparable to McDonald's but cost more

The experience would be better at this location if the staff were more cheerful. Also, my latte was only half full - for $4.00, shouldn't a customer get a full cup? Lattes are not cappuccinos - the foam in cappuccinos should take up about half the cup. A latte should have a thin layer of foam on it. This latte had no foam, and I only received half a cup. Disappointing.

Received our order and they got one of the sandwiches out of 3 wrong. Also they did not give us our timbits. On top of that it was 25$ for the 3 sandwiches. We were back on the road before we noticed. Over all they were not good or worth it.

We stopped in for a break on our drive & it was a good choice, the restaurant was clean & well stocked

This is the 2nd time trying a breakfast sandwich bith times were bacon which is very thin and rubbery. They girl forgot my side hasbrown. Screwed up my husband's sandwich. And their coffees are offered in caffiene only unless you order a plain coffee. Lots of people out here who love flavored decafs we just cant have caffiene. I will not go back.

This place has a lot of fake reviews. Nobody stops in for a coffee is is so happy they written a review about it 😂 I had to ask for a receipt, had to ask to a coffee cup sleeve, had to ask for a bag to put the food in, and then got a bagel with no eggs or bacon after I had asked for that. Gave the bagel back, they put cold eggs and cheese on it. I’ll never go back.

I ordered an iced decaf and a few other items. They said it would take 6 minutes because they needed to brew a new pot and to pull ahead and they'd bring it out. Ten minutes later I went up to the window to check on it - they had forgotten about it.

Worst TH ever! And we stop at alot traveling plus weekly at home! A ton of workers, so slow, doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. All the donuts that say Glazed are not. I mean unless its invisible. The one worker said they were but there is no way. Plus some looked a day old. And got my son a vanilla coldstone icecream, which I threw out. It tasted bad. Looked like it had melted, refroze. We love icecream including coldstone but this one was not edible. And we are traveling so couldn't go back. Wasted $4. I don't usually complain or give poor reviews but this time I felt was necessary. The girl taking our order literally took 10 min to take our order. 1 item at a time, either asking a trainee to make it or another worker, then order a donut, she stops gets the donut. Order another donut, she stops gets that. Plus chit chatting with workers. Like lady just take our entire order. Then fill it. And only 1 register open inside with a line. Saw about 8-10 workers. Drive thru was busy and looked like it was flowing. I hope this place gets it together.
