Staff was very rude. Letting customers cut in line. They had no coffee and wanted me to wait 10 minutes at 9am in the morning. Half of the menu was out of stock. I was stuck just ordering timtams, and had to repeat my order three times to the "trainee", and was threatened to be kicked out after having to loudly repeat my order.

I would recommend avoiding this location.

I wish I could give negative stars for how bad the coffee is. It is just inconsistent. The sandwiches are just thrown in a bag and they fall apart as you try to pull it out.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 bagels 1 donut and 2 coffees. We were asked to pull forward for our bagels. 10 mins later they come out in brown sandwich bags and cream cheese all over the bags inwhich of course ends up all over the place, and no napkins. Really for how long we waited I would have expected better.

This place is so poorly managed! There was a lady waiting at the counter when we arrived with part of her order. We waited 30 minutes for 2 very basic breakfast sandwiches.. eggs had to be made, sausage had to be cooked ( it was cold on our sandwiches even after the long wait) as we were finally handed our badly assembled order, that lady from the counter FINALLY was handed the rest of her small meal. Won't waste our time here ever again!!

Ever since Tim Hortons in gaylord got new management they are absolutely awful! They rarely have doughnuts stocked, they serve old food, the service is ridiculously slow. I always used to go get hot chocolate before work and now even if I leave early I never have time because they are slow and lines get backed up. It says people typically spend 15 minutes in here but you spend at least 15 minutes in line easily! So far this week I have walked out of line 4 times because of the wait. All I want is a hot chocolate!!

As an ex-employee, the only reason it gets so low of a score is that of how genuinely shady the managers are. I was told to come in a half hour early to work every morning, but not to clock in. If I didn't, I was warned of serious reprimand. All numbers for corporate or HR were taken off of the walls, and more often than not the managers were extremely late and sometimes under the influence of drugs. The food wasn't handled with any more care than the managers cared about punctuality. Often serving food that was stale, overcooked, undercooked, dropped on the floor, it didnt matter to them. Terrible place. The coffee is OK though.

Horrible service, we came in to get some timbits for our daughter and breakfast for us. We were told we were next when they let another person cut in line. There was no apology for the wait which was over 10 minutes and then they told my husband that they didn't have to serve him because he had to raise his tone of voice for the "trainee" to hear him after he repeated himself several times. Mind you this is after we were told they were out of several other items we were interested in. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give. Corporate needs to come and take action because thos store is giving the brand a horrible name. We will not be returning to this location.

I normally have no issues but, this morning, I ordered large iced coffee. At the window, I was given hot coffee. I told the clerk I wanted iced coffee. Finally got my iced coffee and went to work. Took my first gulp of iced coffee to find it was iced tea...with cream. Yuck!!!

Horrible experience this morning at the Gaylord, MI restaurant. First we had to wait over 10 minutes to just order (no on had been in front of us for at least 5 minutes). Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. When we asked for an update a manager rudely told us there were 8 orders in front of us (no one in the store in front of us and no car at drive up). After we asked the people who ordered after us were given their food. We finally got our food and got out to the car and half of our order was incorrect.
