Tim Hortons

Would have loved to eat here but they were out of Tim bits and chocolate ice cream, in the middle of the day. That must take a special kind of planning.

Decent price for 3 breakfast sandwiches when mcds was no longer serving breakfast. Had the necessary ketchup.

This was the most time efficient run hortons I've been to. Same great quality coffee

Waited 15 mins in line. Asked for a dozen doughnuts with absolutely NO PLAIN ones (no one in our home will eat the plain ones) I got 3 good doughnuts in the damn box and ALL the rest were plain with a slight glaze. Vomit. I've been here multiple times and they never do what you want. How to make a Chia latte needs to be retaught to employees as well. I didnt ask for hot water.

I have visited this Tim Horton's almost daily since it opened. I ALWAYS had fast, friendly service. Since the new owners/management took over I have seen the service go consistently down hill. I rarely ever go into the store so most of my experience is through the drive thru. Over the last few months, I have noticed that every single car that goes through the drive thru ( including myself) is asked to "wait one moment please" before their order is taken. Now keep in mind, there are 4-5 cars in front of me so my " wait on moment please" is now waiting 15-20 minutes for coffee. The coffee lately has tasted burnt, and lacks the proper sugar/cream that I requested, and NEVER any sleeves offered. I have to request them. Keep in mind, this is hot coffee people. I will be visiting this location less... if at all. I can brew Tim Horton's coffee in a Keurig and the only person I have to "wait one moment" on is myself.

This is literally the second time I have came to Tim Hortons and they have shut down way too early literally right when I pull in the parking lot

Love the timbits! The breakfast sandwiches actually taste like egg and cheese unlike other fast food sandwiches. I've purchased a couple of the ice cream cakes and they were very good as well. Friendly staff.

It took too long to get our food. They ran out of most of the bagels, and 4 out of 5 of their ovens were broken. We thought that there should at LEAST be a sign saying that, but there was not. They got my mom's order wrong, and they took 10+ minutes to get a simple lemonade and timbits. They may be good on other days, but for this being our first time at this location, it was bad.

Was just there today 11/9/18 at 12:50 am and ordered two coffee and when got them they are cold as hell and tasted like water and warm milk. Not no triple triple. The Gaylord store has went down hill and is junk now sents the new crew is here working would recommend going to Starbucks now where you can get good coffee. Not Tim hortons anymore

There were 3 people in line trying to order at the drive thru, including myself and no one would answer the box and take the orders, when there was clearly someone in there. Doors were also locked. Very displeased with this establishment. Wouldn't even give 1 star if possible.
