I loved this place for the longest then they changed managment/owners. Now the coffee is never consistent, either too strong or too weak. The food I have ordered has been cold and my bagels were hard. They also changed their hours of operation which made them lose my every morning before work food and coffee business.

Poor service at this location, it just got to top worst Tim’s in Michigan.
I just got my coffees from here, 4 of them came with old cream inside. When you open the lid you just want to puke that’s how disgusting it looks all granulated and messy. Person who made my order, looks like did not inspect the quality before handing the product to customer. I guess it’s time to switch to Starbucks across from them.

1st time eating here. Extremely good food and affordable. Will be back again!!!

Very disappointed. Went in on a Saturday night for ice cream, was snorted at by the employees...didn't have vanilla, chocolate, and another flavor... those are the basics. We asked the attendant to please make one in a gluten free environment, and they basically said that was not possible. We had been there before and the so ad gentleman then, was more than accommodating for this. Sad.sad.sad.

Amazing coffee. I use to go to Tim Hortons every day when I lived in Ohio. So when I found one on my vacation I had to stop. Please consider coming north to the Marquette Michigan area.

Excellent coffee. There are some really great employees here. Great variety on the menu.
*Update* I am adding an update to my former review because I have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant. On several occasions I been treated very rudely by two different employees.

I’m not sure what happened with the place since the new owners took over but it has really gone down hill.
I used to have breakfast there daily. For a few years straight. The service became very slow and orders were confused and misplaced.
Eventually they closed early. Where on earth does Tim Horton’s close early. One of the best things about Tim Horton’s was the 24 hour service.
Cold stone is closed early. Sandwiches get shut down at 7-8pm depending on who is working at the time.
I’m sure I speak for many but seriously, I miss the way Tim hortons used to be operated.

Best Tim Hortons I've experienced. Friendly staff excellent sandwiches and the coffee was prefect!

I decided to camp here and do some work while my daughter was at a wrestling tournament on a Saturday. The joint was fairly busy with a steady customer stream.
I ordered a maple donut and a Boston cream. Both were shaped like hearts, even though it was two days past Valentine's. I found that odd, but that's life, I guess. I also ordered a coffee, and the woman taking my order was nice enough to make it a "triple triple" with 3 sugars and 3 creams since I'm not a huge coffee fan.
So I settled in and did some writing. While I was there I was offered a fill-up on my coffee, a free hot chocolate, and a free donut. I turned them all down, but I was really impressed considering I was basically just camping in a chair all day.
One thing that was a downer was my computer would not access their internet for the life of me. It kept insisting I allow cookies, which I do, but it wouldn't connect and would simply repeat the message on each attempt. I ended up connecting through a hot spot from my cellphone.
Internal Distress !!!
There was only 2 people running the whole store and waiting like 45 minuets for a refresher and a strawberry shake that just tasted like shake mix.
