Tim Hortons

This was horrible! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The sandwich was flat and burnt, the egg and sausage were cold and the cheese was not even melted! The hasbrowns were cold and rubbery. This was at 8:45 am and no other customers were in the restaurant. I have gone before and it wasn't good but I decided to give it another try. Bad decision on my part! Never again!!

Zero customer service here. They only got 2 stores for getting my order correct. Was not greeted when I walked in, and no one said anything while I stood there for minutes at the register. The girl who originally walked by and ignored me finally took my order without saying hi or sorry for the wait. She didn't say thank you, have a nice day, but just handed me my drink and Timbits . I'll go elsewhere next time I'm in town.

The service was good and the food was okay. Didn't quite meet my expectations but I think I'll try something different next time.

During the day time the rating would be much much higher. During the day time the place is great to come to get coffee visit with a friend and have a pastry. The service is good and they are usually smiling ..

But when you go there in the evening after 10 you rarely can have a pastry and always have to wait for them to make coffee. ALWAYS. The service is slow and depressing. Cleanliness is about that of a gas station on the outskirts of a city... Lazy dis organized workers who probably need to know what systems are in place so it doesn't get so bad. I will say when this one fella is working it's not messy or disorganized but you can tell he's just a worker... UPPER management need to attend to this place. I know of several people who quit going there in the evening because of the evening conditions.
It's one thing to it's a sad sad thing to see tourist from Canada come in here and say this specific store is nothing like the others... and I agree.

I still go there knowing it's not going to be as it should be since it's the only late night coffee place in town.

Took family to Stone Cold Creamery. It's fabulous but pricy.

Every time I stop here they are always out of the fruit explosion muffins. This is your business! Shouldn’t you start new muffins when you are running low? Today they NO fruit explosion, 2 lemon poppyseed, 3 blueberry. NO filled Tim bits. Very disappointed!

Inaccessible Lobby. Drive through only. Nope.

My friend and I came here specifically because they were known for having the best coffee. But I'm afraid when I ordered a cup of regular black coffee it was only a little over room temperature. I asked the woman to take it back and zap it to bring it up and she did. It was still not nearly as hot as coffee I've had anywhere else. We were in a hurry and had to hit the road but I was disappointed. However the staff who took our order and completed it were friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was clean and pleasant.

I was disappointed that I had to ask her napkins when ordering food. What the product itself was good for breakfast.

Their mocha ice cap is great. Not any options for gluten free. Convenient for heading to expressway.
