I know they're just trying their best and understaffed. But I've experienced wrong orders or missing items a few times. Last time I went I ordered the breakfast sandwich 2 for deal, one bacon and one sausage. Had to wait at the speaker for over 5mins, my guess is someone was multi tasking. I know they got the right order in because the lady repeated it back but I got 2 sausage sandwiches in the bag. And I added a hashbrown on at the window because I forgot to order it.. But had to come back around for it because it wasn't in my bag. The food was good though and I did get my hashbrown. Think they just need a bigger team and maybe more training.

Waited 20 minutes for a small order. Then when finally given our food it was the wrong stuff. The food was good but they really need to work on organization.

Unfortunately, this is my first time and not such a great visit. The person at the speaker kept rushing me and saying is that all, is that all, is that all. I had a big order but it definitely was not correct. When I tried to speak with the manager about missing two sandwiches she argued with me and said she put them in the back herself I tried to hand the bag back to her but it was just a disrespect and shut the window in my face.Unfortunately when I called no one answered the phone . All I wanted was the food I paid for. Hopefully someone was just having a bad day and next time it's not like this because I will not return if so.

I see on here people bashing this location all the time, to be honest I don't know why. I've been here several times on different days and times and this place has never disappointed me. The manager is incredibly friendly and polite and respectful. The staff was super friendly, my wife and I had the toasted pretzel turkey bacon bagels and they were amazing, the floors were clean and the shelves we're stocked and this was at 12:45 pm. I remain impressed by their location!

Not only did they give me the wrong donuts, I came back to get the right ones and they weren't baked, and still cold from being in the refrigerator/freezer. If their oven is broken, they need a sign saying that. If they ran out of that specific donut, they could have told me and I wouldn't have bothered wasting my money on them in the first place. They weren't busy at the time either, so I don't know what excuse would explain such BAD service.

The food was typical Tim Hortons, what you would expect. However the service was terrible. Drive thru was slightly busy, but they got my order wrong and I was missing an item. When the gentleman at the window noticed I hadn't pulled away yet he gave me quite the attitude, slammed the window closed and open quite hard and essentially shoved my drink at me. Very rude staff all around, and I won't stop here again. I should add that whoever took my order at the speaker was a sweetheart. Downhill from there.

In a town where restaurants are begging for help I’m consistently impressed with this team. The drive through is always prompt - even with many cars, I’ve never had a mixed up order, and the staff is always - always kind. I’m seriously wondering if some of these negative reviews weren’t meant for another store. Best coffee in town!

I have never been a huge Tim Hortons fan, but decided to give it a another try for the $2 Cold Brew. The Cold Brew was delicious! I did, unfortunately, have other issues. The employee serving me did not have his mask on properly and seemed annoyed to answer my questions on the type of bagels they had and the flavors of coffee available. They also did not have some items we wanted, including the Steak Panini and the new Fruit Loop Donut. Don't think I will visit a Tim's any time soon.
