Food was great as usual, but the service was pretty slow. Not used to waiting over half an hour to place my order. Staff was friendly, just seemed like they could have used a little more urgency.

The new crew is really bringing it together for this location! Came through in the evening, and they made up fresh muffins for me because there were none left! I was able to take fresh, warm, muffins to my mother. A+ guys!

Coffee was a bit of a let down as it was our first time here since we don't have any in our state. Friendly staff. Donuts were average if best.

Literally out of every flavor ice cream you want. Or they don’t know how to make it. Don’t waste your time going here they’re incompetent unfortunately. I leave 5 stars because it’s seems like a good place, just short on luck.

Hard to comment on the service when they're not open. This is our third trip up north this year and this location was closed before 10pm. The first two times we pulled up to find them closed. Tonight I called from the road to double check, and got no answer. Maybe just dumb luck. Need that late night driving Timmy Ho fix.

Great food! Order accuracy is good! Wait time is good! I might have encountered someone in training this visit as I had to remind him that I still needed my coffee, salt,and extra napkins after he thought he had given me everything. Overall a good place to get food on the go.

Do not eat here. I get they are short staffed, but the egg on my sandwich was spoiled. From the first bite it was horrible, but since we were already back on I-75 we just threw it away and made a note not to get food from them again. Gross!!

My daughter and I came in to get ice cream. There weren't any other customers in the store. We waited 10 minutes while they took care of drive-thru customers, without a single acknowledgement that we were there, before we gave up and left. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Also, we almost got hit in the parking lot by some ahole in a black Audi SUV heading for the drive-thru as fast as he could get there. Another good reason to avoid TH and CC.

Had a strange feel when you walk in, Some service training might make it more welcoming.🫤
