Tim Hortons

Great little donut shop but the best thing about this place is the help so friendly nice and helpful.

We love Tim Hortons.But today it didn't love me. We order 6 sandwiches ,of course ,our luck not on special. 3 hash browns ,a hot chocolate,2 muffins. Almost 40.dollars .We are sitting waiting ,waiting . We get one bag with everything jammed inside the bag .I nicely say ,I ordered 2 muffins. The young gentleman,begins to let me know how he only does the food. I say ,you are doing a great job. He goes in gets the muffins. We leave thinking ,that was a mistake. Paid to much ,got smashed food and bi.ched at on a Sunday morning. I had to drive away and change the rest of the day. PS I ordered bacon and got sausage.

I love Tim Hortons. Not too many people know about it in southern states because originally from Canada. For my personal opinion best coffee in USA an Canada. I wish they're moving down to southern states too.

It looked like the crew didn't entirely know how to run the restaurant/was working with a skeleton crew, which I understand, but I'd rather wait a little longer for the order I paid for instead of the wrong, poorly made items I received. The coffee I ordered was made with the wrong milk substitute, making me sick in the middle of a road trip, and the sandwich I received was a hack job with half of the fillings falling out the burnt bottom. Please do better for the next customer.

Good food and drink, but horrible service and the restaurant wasn't super clean.

Don't mind a quick coffee and chat, employees are friendly enough - usually.

I ordered 3 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of Timbits for a work breakfast meeting. I ordered a day ahead and was assured by Ashley that they would be ready and waiting for me but to make Sure I got there by 4 o’clock because they closed at four. I arranged to leave work early and drove the hour to pick up my donuts and when I arrived at 3:53, The place was locked up and dark. There was an employee who apparently forgot something and came back and I spoke to her. She had worked that day and said there was no order for donuts.
I wanted to support a local business and expressed to her that despite some not so terrific reviews, I thought I would try. Now I am adding to the negative reviews. Well deserved negative reviews in my opinion.
Spend your money elsewhere!

I should of walked right back out the door when the line was so long but with 2 hungry kids I waited, and boy did we, almost 30 minutes for a couple of bagels. There was loud inappropriate chatter from who appeared to be the person "in charge" . I would keep on driving if your in the area because it's not worth the wait!

I don’t normally complain, but not one thing on my order was right. And just because you choose take out does not mean you get your food first. Highly don’t recommend this location and I will not come back again.
