Avocado toast was great but I was served the worst coffee I ever had at this location

Our visit was HORRIFYING!!!!! While standing in line they had to do 3 refunds because of messed up orders. Then they screwed up our order and we just left didn't say anything cause the manager was upset with the staff. The girl at the counter said we need another refund and the manager said another one? Seriously. There were people leaving without their food after paying for it because they had waited so long. This visit was horrible.

Stopped for a coffee on a road trip. The drive thru was very easy and quick. The coffee was good as always, and there was nothing to complain about during our brief visit.

Great coffee. Love the chocolate glazed chocolate fried cakes!

Have been there 3 different times and they are always out of timbits, strawberries and bannanas for smoothies ,coffee ice cream, don't think we will go back . The place was not clean, the garbage can was over flowing outside the door that you walk in . Not happy !

I really love their Timbits, and I’ve never had a poor experience there. Aside from their drive-through being a little packed, they’re perfect.

They will wait 15 minutes after you order to tell you that they have none of the things you ordered. Absolute terrible service.

Hair on Asiago bagel. Coffee ordered black but came with creme. Asked to sub sausage for bacon on BELT but got bacon and were charged extra dollar for the sausage.

It is unfortunate to say, but this Tims needs to be closed. The service was excruciatingly slow (about 20 mins for a Breakfast BELT), wilted vegetables and just overall lack of appreciation for all that is Tim Hortons. The lady at the front actually told us that 'we should probably leave and go to McDonalds or something'. All in all, dismal experience that has so much Canadian history and legacy.

If you are in a knack for Tim's while in MI, disregard and go to elsewhere.
