The ice cream is awesome! If you haven't been to Coldstone, YOU need to go! So many flavors and mix ins to get fat from. The service was not so great... they were very nice, but we were in there for about 35 minutes and only 2 individuals were in front of us. The one poor girl was struggling to scoop the sweet cream ice cream. Tough times there. Hope to see at least one more person on shift as they were struggling to keep up with the drive thru coffee orders. The ice cream is still worth the wait though.

Slow and didn't make our coffee until we asked if they had forgotten us.

They were friendly and apologized, so it wasn't an overall bad experience.

Not normally a person to complain. But stopped in today and it was the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The guy working the counter had to ask multiple times what the person was ordered and still didn't get it wright. Was going to get something to eat with my coffee but didn't feel like waiting to 45 minutes because I had already waited 20 minutes just to get a coffee

They forgot to give me back my debit card in the drive thru, which is not the issue. When I went back to the store to retrieve my card, the girl refused to give it back at the drive thru window. She told me I needed to pull up so she can walk it out to me, because “shes on a timer”. There were zero cars behind me. I said no, I’m also busy, please go get my card. She absolutely refused.I had to walk in to the store to get my property. She was extremely rude. My issue was her attitude, like her time was more important than mine. Did I really have time to make a second trip to tim hortons? No. I was was polite, grateful that they had my card, until she refused to give me my card when I asked. The boss should be more concerned about their employees giant attitude instead of the timer on the non existent car behind me. And how long would it really have taken to go grab it? Less time than it took for her to argue about her timer. Zero stars for customer service.

if i could give a 0, i would. we come like twice a week and everytime they are rude to us. everytime we come in, no hello, no greeting. nothing. they stare at us. today we came in. we stood in a line of 5 people and they decided just to stand there and talk to their other coworkers. the girl filled up i’m guessing their coffee with a. bucket she had sitting on the floor. they were all on their phones up front and ignored everyone in rhe store. horrible service. i went to their bathroom the other day and it was truly disgusted. they had no way of drying your hands at all.

This was our first visit to a Tim Hortons and it did not disappoint! Our coffees were excellent and the employees were friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to return again!

This place is a joke they don’t pay there employees nor give them there tips some people look forward to there pay checks but not from this place cuz it’s a joke an they scam there employers don’t ever work for them an reminder if you tip the employees most likely won’t get it an the manger lets her 8 year old daughter work in the kitchen in slippers

This is sadly the closest Tim Hortons near me. They are ALWAYS fast, friendly, and good quality. The management takes care of inquiries or complaints immediately and efficiently. Even if there is one employee in the store, they make it through long lines alone, and a smile never leaves their face. I wish they paid their employees better.

I work next door and ordered online my ice cap wasn't frozen ordered a vanilla iced coffee, it was black no flavor and waited for someone to even realize the missed an entire beverage.... normally I have no issues but this time was absolutely horrible.
