Biggby Coffee

Amazing coffee and friendly service. Bright airy and fun atmosphere.

Once again I'm left highly disappointed! After years of boycotting I again try to be open and frequent this establishment. Customer service is less than impressive. This morning my sister and I came through drive thru and our drinks were screwed up after being told by the attendant which drink was which. I had to turn around and go back, this time inside. I was told, "we told you the wrong ones when we handed them out but they are right. Can you just switch with the other person?" No! I'm not drinking my sisters since she has a cold. Why should I even be asked to drink a drink they gave to another person? Why is that my fault? When my sister went back in all three attendants were complaining and derogating me because I asked to have a new one made!

I stopped at this Bigby on my way back home from my trip north, and they gave me regular milk instead of almond milk in my coffee. Have you ever suffered from explosive diarrhea during a three hour car ride? I have. Thanks a lot jerks.

Fourth of July and we pull into town hungry. We are pulling a trailer and cannot go through a drive-thru. The fast food restaurants carry-outs are all closed. What to do... Wait, Lo and behold Bigby is open inside till ten! Two bagels please. They reply - "I'm sorry, we already turned off the toaster". They're open but not capable of "toasting", a cooking art so hard that it defies description. Not good.

Always great service.

Never have I ever had such inefficient, incompetent service at a Biggby. Sat at the drive thru for 14 minutes stuck between 2 cars or at least I could have left. My time at the window was rediculous you long to get one latte- that was cold by now- and to wait for my change while she waited on other customers before finishing my simple transaction. PS there’s a Starbucks next door!!

I love Biggby coffee. And I was excited to see this one while traveling. We waited over six minutes for our coffee in the drive through without being acknowledged. The place was empty and we were the only ones in line. It was awful.

I’m writing this from the line in the drive thru where I’ve already waited an hour with 3 cars left to go in front of me.

They suck at drive thru during busy hours. I advise going to Starbucks as I’ve watched that line cycle through 3 times faster.

There coffee is THE BOMB! If you've never had coffee here at Biggby you're missing out. I've been to a few locations and have never been disappointed! Starbucks coffee is over rated and I feel people drink it and show off their cup like it's a status symbol. Well...if you want to drink something DELICIOUS, go to Biggby. :D
