Biggby Coffee

Holy cow what a wonderful biggby! Never have I ever had a frozen latte so perfectly made. Lobby was kept very tighty and staff was kind.

February 27, 2023 went to BIGGBY my favorite place..

However😢😢 I'm sad that this store has the option to purchase t-shirts, hoodies, ect..
But the highest size is 2x in the t-shirt, hoodies😡😡...

SOME OF US FLUFFY PEOPLE WHO LOVE BIGGBY WANT HOODIES & T-SHIRTS IN PLUS SIZES 3X,4X,5X!!! ALSO IT WOULD BE NICE TO GET TYE DYE OR WITH OTHER STUFF ON THE APPAREL LIKE COFFE CUPS OR WHATEVER.....🤬🤬🤬

I love this place! My order is always right and pretty fast! The frozen Chinese flower tea is my favorite! The employee's are friendly (Patrick is a familiar face and always does excellent!) If I ever forget how great this place is, I always go to the local Tim Horton's to be reminded!!!!

I am currently traveling through Michigan! I saw this cute coffee shop next to Starbucks and decided to try Biggby out! When I first pulled up to the drive through I was greeted with a colorful menu and various drink and food options I have never seen or heard of before. The two girls working the drive though answered all my questions about the menu and gave me some really good recommendations! I believe their names were Maggie and Anna! They were super friendly as well and made this whole experience one I will never forget!

Drinks are just ok and the service is very slow.

Super friendly vibe! Locals and those passing through enjoying quirky, sweet coffee concoctions! I was able to pass my purchase credit to the local in front of me who has a Biggby Coffee points card. Not cheap but worth the visit!

Terrible service, ok coffee.

I ordered a black coffee. Employees didn't have the intelligence to pour a black coffee for me. There was no one in line for at least the first 3 of the 8 minutes I waited. I tipped $2+ change. (Wanted to take it back after watching the poor service). No wonder there were no other tips in jat. Learn from Starbucks, their cashiers will serve black coffee while no one is in line.

Worst Crean Earl Grey I’ve ever had. Tasted like hot water with a tinge of tea flavor. Our vanilla latte was weak too. So disappointed with the money we spent here

Was at gaylord tonight about 6:45. Ordered a frozen vanilla cinnamon Latta. It was undrinkable. Had to throw it out. It had so much cinnamon in it that it was thick and could not drink it. It must of had at least 2 table spoons of cinnamon in it.
Earlier today I was also there and ordered a hot vanilla cinnamon Latta and it was very good.The person working about 1 oclock needs to train the later shift.
