I can't say enough good things about this place. Cj and his crew catered our wedding venue of about 150-200 people. From the professionalism, to the service, to the food, it was all outstanding. There wasn't a person I talked to that evening that didn't mention how good the food was. We highly recommend this place!

The best biscuits and gravy I e ever had. We definitely will drive the 30 min drive just to eat here

Food tasted awesome and the portions were huge. We had to wait about 5 minutes for a table, but I would expect that at a restaurant that has great food. If it wasn't busy, I would not want to eat there. Staff very friendly. Definitely going back.

Terrible food. Egg omelet cold. Steak not cooked as requested. Homemade bread was very dense. Toast wasnt toasted. Hashbrowns underdone.
Terrible service. Waitress had a mask but did not wear it at anytime. Doubt the place has been cleaned recently. Long wait when the restuarant wasnt even that busy. Very disorganized.
I have gone to plenty of greasy spoon diners in my life and this was the only truly negative experience I have had. Not worth your time or money.

Generous portions good price. Accomodated our group of 9 snowmobilers. Quick service as well. Get the cinnamon roll! You won't be disappointed!

Formerly Darlene's! I am happy to say everything is still the same. Just a new name and owner! Darlene decided it was time to retire and I say good for here. The food it still excellent. The Cinnamon Rolls are still phenomenal and still the best I've ever had! As far as I can tell the switch over went perfectly. Still a 5 star to me and they'll still see me many times in the future.

Stopped in after a cross country meet with 2 hungry runners... just wanted a simple sit-down meal but got MUCH MORE! I ordered the special of the morning ~ Prime Rib, hashbrowns, eggs, and 2 pieces of homemade cinnamon swirl bread for $14.95, kids ordered an omelet and French toast. All was amazing, but the biggest surprise was my Prime rib. At that price point, I was expecting a 6-8 oz, at best. And what I got was the most flavorful and delicious TWELVE TO FOURTEEN ounces of meat I've ever had!!! It was so big, it came on it's own separate plate! Can't wait to return to East Jordan and eat here again!

Great food but extremely ridiculous long wait once we ordered. From sitting down to first stop from the waitress almost 8min. Once we ordered almost 30min to get our food. But a younger couple came in as we just got our food, they had there food in under 15min. Not sure if we will be back.

Breakfast here was AMAZING. The homemade cinnamon bread was to die for. Our waitress was exceptional with her service especially with how busy it was. Would definitely come here again.

I was a kid when i first went here. I am from Farmington Hills and every time mom would takes us up for the weekend we would eat breakfast there. The bread was what stood out. The sour dough was priceless and now that ownership has passed the baton. I hope they kept the recipe. If not i hope they would give it to a long time fan. Bless you for keep our tradition alive. Ill try to come up soon, maybe swap stories or recipes. Keep up the great work.
