I have had a few burgers from Jeannie’s now and I can honestly say that it’s a safe choice to go with if you don’t know what else to get. As long as you don’t care how done they are. I’ve never had a bad burger from here, but I couldn’t say that it’s my first choice around here for a burger either. I’ve personally never placed an order with them because my boss usually calls and orders for us, but my boss always says how nice they are to her and they also offer delivery which is super helpful. Not many diners offer that! I can’t give 5 stars solely because I can’t really say that I’ve had somethin from here that’s really stuck out to me flavor wise. The fries and onion rings are good, but I would say the onion rings are better than the fries. If they changed their buns and added more seasoning to the burgers, I think I’d change this to 5 stars.

We came in this morning, couple of us from California, Couple of us from Delaware/PA, and a couple of us who just moved to the area to retire on the lake. This wasn’t my first experience, but a specially pleasant one. Being a group of 6, we were difficult to seat in the busy diner. Our waitress and several others went out of their way to clear and move tables to make room for us to be comfortable. We were seated and quickly had hot coffee and juice and our orders were in. I was very pleased with the effort everyone working there put into making such a great success. It appeared as though everyone was able to do each other’s role as necessary and everyone just worked together to provide a wonderful guest experience while delivering excellent food, at an even better price! Thanks to everyone this morning for an especially great experience. I highly recommend dropping in if you’re passing through, you don’t get this down home comfort and treatment everywhere. Side note - there’s a farmers market and an abundance of parking behind the building and a back door to access Jeannie’s.

Delightful diner with a fun atmosphere! Staff is friendly and eager to help. The corned beef hash was cooked crispy to perfection and seemed as if it were scratch made rather than out of a can, I didn’t ask, they were very busy. The cinnamon toast was thick and worth the wait, and also coupled nicely with their selections of jellies including apple butter! It’s not too often you find a spot that cooks eggs correctly it seems, but Jeannie’s nailed my over-medium to perfect doneness! The breakfast potatoes are fresh sliced or shredded and cooked crispy. You can sit in a booth, at a table, or at the counter right behind the cooks line and watch the food preparation take place. Coffee is good and hot and they have a selection of creamer flavors to choose from. Will definitely have to try their lunch sometime with a fresh made chocolate malt!

This place is always solid. Traditional American style dinner. Steak and eggs were good french toast was good chorizo omelet was ok. Ruben sandwich was really good. Split pea soup was food. Every dessert I've had from there has been excellent

Nice people, great service, ehhh breakfast. Omelet not so good and the biscuits & gravy were just average. Orange juice tasted like orange drink. The toast was good!

Second time at Jeannie’s. The service here is always fantastic. In a time when most people are running short-handed, there were two cooks and at least 5 servers in a place that had maybe 20 tables/booths plus counter space.
The decor is cool with an old-fashioned diner feel. My favorite is the train that runs around the ceiling.
Breakfast was eggs over easy and ham served quick and hot. The coffee is good and refilled often. Will definitely be back when in town again.

Nice little diner in Coldwater. I've only eaten breakfast there, so that's what I'll comment on. You'll find good, solid comfort food here - diner-fare. I enjoy their breakfast bowl: tater tots, eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage gravy. There is usually a crowd, but there's also usually a table. Sometimes, that can mean your coffee isn't refreshed as often as you may like, but the wait staff is very friendly and they do work hard.

Jeannie's is our go-to breakfast place. Great food cooked to order. Excellent staff and fantastic atmosphere. Can't say enough good things. I have tried a little of everything from eggs, omelets, pancakes, breakfast bowls, and their heavenly hash. Which, by the way, is only served on Saturdays. I recommended Jennies wholeheartedly.

We drive 45 minutes one way just to eat here. Great people, amazing food and awesome atmosphere. We come her as often as we can. We suggest you try it at lease once. I love the breakfast and the burgers. My husband drools for the olive burgers. 🫒
