BIGGBY COFFEE

This place was amazing when it first opened I loved coming here. I ordered an iced tea with two pumps of raspberry and I ended up getting black iced coffee instead needless to say I gagged on the first sip . I will make the drive to birch run because if you set two of the same products next to each other birch runs tastes and looks better than clios

After standing in the shop looking for any kind of acknowledgement for more than 2 minutes, (I did actually track the time!)
I decided bigby must not need my orders!

I was the ONLY person in the building other than staff... I literally received zero acknowledgement from anyone behind the counter!

I really like the drinks, and the service, but don't go there if you need WiFi, because it doesn't work at all!!!. I have been there many times and the WiFi never works.

Whent to this location the other day around 2 and all i got was what do u want… not friendly here at all and prices are higher than most. They also seem more interested in there personal lives than helping customers.

This place is awesome! Coffee is amazing and beats starbucks by a mile (In my opinion). I’m a big coffee drinker and haven’t had a coffee from there that I didn’t like. They always make exceptions for things, for example, I wanted my coffee sweeter and they made it sweeter! Always great customer service and I’ve always left with a “have a nice day” from one of the baristas.

Got my coffee quickly even though they were busy. It was just right.

Terrible waitress blonde hair ,young,never came back to the table once to ask if everything was ok, food was good !!!!

Store hours say they close at 8pm. The listing online says they close at 8pm. The open sign in the window was on. We sat there at the drive thru for a couple of minutes and then drove up to the actual window. There was a girl inside mopping who looked at us, then looked at someone out of our view and laughed but still didn’t come to the window. She could have at least said they were closed. Super rude. Called the store a few minutes later and a person answered and said they closed at 6. If they closed at 6 why would they answer the phone at 6:45? Never really liked this location but probably won’t be back after this experience.

Love this place. We always stop on our way home from up North. They give treats to our dogs. The employees are always so nice. One employee even brought out water to our dogs. So nice. Also a nice grassy area to walk the dogs. :).
