505 Cafe

This place is super cute inside and the food was delicious. They have a really great specialty coffee drink menu and a awesome selection of cocktails too! I am so glad they extended their hours so we can go for breakfast now.

After trying nearly every restaurant in Clare over the years, my sons and I finally arrived at this one. What a find! Both the service and the food were excellent. Best of all, we didn't leave hungry and it was reasonably priced. This place is now on the "must stop" list for our annual road trip to Northern Michigan!

Great hidden treasure in downtown Clare. We were pleasantly surprised with the care and love that goes into the menu for both coffee and food. The biscuits and gravy were out of this world. Friendly service and clean environment. We will definitely be back.

Great experience at the 505. My wife and I are people watchers. We sat outside and talked to all the friendly people walking by. Side note. The breakfast was incredible.

I loved the cafe.. I've never quite been to such an elegant place before.. its decor is beautiful and the waitress was so nice and understanding. The service provided was great and our order was provided in an extremely timely manner

No longer a good place to eat. The foods quality seems to continue to drop. Despite friendly service. Now using premade frozen burgers and still charging premium prices for it. I used to really enjoy this place to... Me and my wife wont be coming back.

Quaint little cafe downtown. The mushroom soup was nice and creamy. The house gyro on the other hand - the gyro meat was dry, though tasted as if seasoned well, too little taziki sauce and instead of a traditional wrap it was served on flat bread of which the edges had a weird, hard, chewy texture to it that probably would have been helped by more of the sauce. As I was there for a business lunch I think it might have put off our waitress some, so I only rated my experience on what I thought was fair for the food. Their menu is interesting though some unique choices and I'll be back to give it a second chance.

Loved the coffee! Food was not great..I ordered 2 overhard eggs( which came out burnt and did not eat), the potatoes were ok(but not very good so i did not eat them) , the toast was cold and I got an end piece of bread(which I did not eat the end piece) and two strips of bacon which I did eat! So for my breakfast I ate 2 strips of bacon 1 piece of toast and two bites of potatoes.. and she came to pick up the plate..saw all that not eaten food and didnt say a word..so servers pay attention to the customers! I will try it again but hopefully they will do better next time!

Staff was really friendly and continously refilled drinks. Food was great! Dessert and drink menus were really unique and delicious. Outdoor seating and window views are really great. A great place just to sit and hang out
