BIGGBY COFFEE

This Biggby is by far my favorite!!! All of my experiences here have been great, all the workers are really kind. Even if there’s a bit of a line they all manage to keep going with a smile:)

I come here often and the drinks are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. The staff are very respectful and professional even their new hires in training. The drive-thru is always fast. Oh and every Wednesday is BOGO. I will keep bringing my business here!!!

They need a spot for ppl that door dash or Uber eats so we can just pick up & go, we literally have to wait until they done with walk in's before we get the orders that may came in before the walk in's, and that slows us down & make the customer wait or complain on our service

My wife and I went to a place with big yellow arches no frappe because the machine was down. Went to biggby coffee, I have a new hero in a barista named Matt. What a great experience, the dude hooked us up. I will be back!

Love their drinks. So good and unique flavors. So many more then is on the menu. Always busy but they do their best. No more room back there for help.

I went here this morning for coffee. I said good morning twice. Nobody out of three people spoke. I said no one is going to say good morning. The cashier say what can we get started for you. Nothing you want even speak but want my money. Go to St Joseph Biggby at least they speak. By the way as I was going out the door I heard the cashier say I had a attitude. I never knew good morning was a attitude.

Definately upping their game after being open for awhile! The line may always seem long but they move pretty quickly. Always great attitudes and very pleasant people behind the counter. Will always come back!! Not to mention im here 3 times a week. 😘😘 thanks for great service.

I love this Biggby Coffee location! The café has a more modern yet cozy vibe. The drive through is a really great addition! Convenient to local shopping, there’s always a friendly face when I walk in, and the coffee is sooo good. They always get my Quad Super Black Forest just right. And on the off chance your order isn’t fantastic (hasn’t happened to me before) they go above and beyond to make it right!

The owner, Matt, is a really nice guy and all of the baristas truly show their passion to share great coffee and their love of people.

So many more flavors than other cafés in the area. There’s something on the menu for everyone and if you don’t know what you want to order they help you find the perfect drink for you!

Exactly what Benton Harbor needed in the area! And super easy to get to off the highway.

The coffee options are good and the ones we got were very delicious. We loved it and I recommend it.

Never had a problem getting what I need the drive through is set up pretty weird but the people are great and so is the coffee.
