BIGGBY COFFEE

Biggby has locations in Michigan, where I occasionally visit. I’ve been to locations in Kalamazoo, Benton Harbor and Escanaba. The staff everywhere is friendly and efficient. I don’t really like coffee, per se, but like a little coffee with my chocolate so I order mochas. Biggby mochas taste really good.

We live in a world where you can say "Mocha Mocha" and not get your teeth kicked in so I guess that's cool.

My daughter called to see what age they hired at and when she called it was quite so she said “hello” and the person on the other end said the same so my daughter said “is this biggby coffee” and the worker on the other end said “yeh”. And that really upset me. My daughter should have been answered wit a “ hi this a biggby coffee what can I do for u?” But she wasn’t. And I am highly upset.

I always enjoy their friendly atmosphere and the fact that there is something for my whole family to drink. My son likes their iced dark hot chocolate my daughter loves their iced chai tea lattes and I just love their variety of coffee in general- although mich like my kids I am partial to a lot of iced lattes. I'm very excited to see that they have a vegan sausage and cheese bagel now. I tried it and it was delicious! Very impressed!

Drive thu quick. Service and coffee are excellent!

My favorite Biggby of all the locals, by FAR! The only one I go to now! The BH Crew is the best!! Fast and delicious snickerdoodle cold brew w/xtra sweet foam and a pup 🐶 cup ❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼

This location is really noisy. Playing music really loud. Yelling at each other to be heard across the store over the machines and music just adds to the noise. Can't even talk to the person next to you without raising your voice. If you're looking for a place to relax with a friend while sipping your beverage, or read a book, or do some remote work, this is not the place. The people are cheerful and nice though. If you feel at home with some lively noise and conversation, this is the place for you.

They are always really grumpy in this store. Poor customer service from the girl I dealt with today. Think I'll go elsewhere

Great value, large servings and reasonable prices. Staff is always friendly. However, Benton Harbor and St. Joe locations are nauseatingly slow. Average wait time with one vehicle in front of me us 6 minutes or more. Average wait time over all is 9-12 mibutes sometimeslonger. Ive gotten to where I make a game of timing it. They recently hung a sign saying they are short staffed (understandable) but there are always 3-5 people in those tiny little buildings so this on going issue must be something else. I often don't stop because of the wait.
