BIGGBY COFFEE

The coffee here is amazing!! I have been coming here ever since I first tried Biggby. The atmosphere and the customer service is incredible, all the baristas are very nice and friendly. Tess is always killing it and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my drink she does an amazing job! ❤️ I am always excited to get my coffee from here!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend coming here, it's way better than Starbucks and definitely worth coming into the store for!

I absolutely love this new Biggby! The staff is always smiling and cheerful and welcoming. I’ve tried a ton of different drinks and I’ve loved every single one of them. Some of my favorite staff are Sabrina, Josie, and Jazmin. Their smiles and great attitudes make my day every time I’m in.

Amazing place! All of the barista’s were so wonderful, the shop inside is cute, clean and cozy. They even have an adorable little bookshelf in the corner of the bar :)

AMAZING all around! I’ve been addicted since them opening! Great friendly staff, Gabby and Allison’s smiling faces and great personalities made the experience so much better! Congrats Martha and Conrad! You really brought something great to Bay City!!

Friendly employees, my drinks have been made correctly, and I love that they open at 6am. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to having to go back to where people are waiting for their orders to be able to see the menu and then walking back to the front of the store to get in line to order. Also would love to see online ordering.

Stopped in to check it out this morning. Was delightfuly suprised when the cashier informed me it was bogo day, super friendly. Got my classic banna berry creme freeze and it tasted great as always. Keep up the good work and smiling faces. Will be back.

Nice Store staff very friendly. Staff working very hard but time to wait for the specialty drink a little slow I believe they will improve on that since many are new at being baristas. Good luck will stop in again.

came in this morning for the bogo, cashier was so friendly and helpful made ordering a breeze seeing how I was a new customer.! not only was the drink amazing the service was aswell. I’m sure wait times will improve the longer it’s open. Definitely will be back and because of the cashier I have my new favorite drink Caramel marvel!!

I don’t go to Biggby often, but when I do Tess is always there to greet me with a smile and a sunshine attitude ✨☀️ makes my day to get such astounding service with an amazingly made drink to treat myself with!! 10/10 love this location :)

First time in your store. Right after paying $15 for 2 weak tasting ice coffees for the 2 of us. This fella walks in all google eyed for one of the barista girls and gets told about a buy one get one coupon on Facebook and he was by himself. I had not even left the register area and was very upset to not be treated equally. The girl working got his free drink by the way. He got half off, and I just paid full price. Bad business.
