Great place for coffee in the morning or afternoon! They have multiple flavors of Gelato and tasty baked goods! There is more parking in the back they you may not see from the road.

Happened upon this wonderful coffee shop while hanging around Ann Arbor for the weekend. Truly amazing, rarely (if ever) have I seen so many options and brew methods available. If you can't find what you want here, it's a "you' problem. Great friendly staff and excellent seating options with a patio.

I recently ordered a Baratza coffee grinder as a gift for my daughter. I have one myself and love it.

Customer service was excellent. They corresponded promptly via both phone and email. They also sent a couple samples of their coffee!

I would recommend Black Diesel coffee to anyone that is looking for great coffee, coffee equipment, and accessories.

Our customer service experience was really perfect. We asked a ton of questions, and Jeffrey was really informative and so was the other person working that day, not sure of her name. We left happy and excited about the batista academy, and our coffee and biscotti were really good.

ordered online here after recommendation. they called to let us know the crepe flavor we ordered was out of stock (which i thought was quite nice instead of waiting for us to show up) but failed to mention other items having difficulties as well, instead they just wrote on the cup of what was out of stock…partner order a hot chider and for myself a burnt marshmallow latte. both drinks very gross. i consider the latte almost undrinkable. looks like charcoal is added to make it black which could have added to the taste just being really messed up. for the chider it’s like if you watered down a hot tea and then tried to add flavor back into it but couldn’t. we weren’t even able fix it at home so i think that says something.. the crepe and cinnamon roll bakery item were great though.

Finally a place that serves decent coffee!! Love the outside seating and the staff and patrons there were nice. I accidentally left my purse in a chair outside. It was brought in the store and the barista secured it for me. Much appreciated.
