Black Diesel Coffee

What a joy it is to have a neighborhood coffee shop! I'm equidistant to Black Diesel and Roosroast and I love them both, but tend to visit Black Diesel more often because they have longer hours and an exciting variety of flavors. It's got great vibes and good music for the indoor and outdoor seating.

Stopped in on random trip to AA; Lured by the sign n vibe. Very friendly Staff & fast service-Exceptional flavor/quality beans used in my latte and the adjuncts also. I don't like lavender lattes- the ones here are awesome! I also had honeybee latte. Busy but had plenty of seating and patio! Clean bathrooms.. Happy i choose this one vs bunch of coffee places in the area.

Wonderful experience of "God's love made drinkable", do to speak. Barista was helpful and cheery. Coffee was rich and flavorful. Birthday discount is generous, and you can use it anytime in your birthday month! Unlike Starbucks hahaha. Check this place out for inside and outside seats. Great WiFi

Hands down my favorite coffee experience in a long time. I was there Saturday night and the employees were so knowledgeable and personable. I bought the last bag of this coffee and it was amazing. The gelato I had was also excellent. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

The store manager, Caty, is very friendly and is extremely knowledgeable about her cafe's products. Her staff are wonderful. They suggest different menu items and offer samples of each. The cinnamon roll we bought was delicious and not overly sweet. We bought a latte, kombucha (which is like a sparkling juice), and a wonderful cinnamon roll!

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and this place is a great space to study or hang out. Baristas are all friendly and their drinks are well crafted. Attached is my cortado and sparkling water.

I’ve come here a couple of times and the staff have always been really friendly. Coffee drinks are very flavourful, but there’s always a bit of a wait to get your drink. Plenty of seating if you get there early and a nice spot to bring your laptop and get some work done too :-)

This was the first place I went on my trip to Ann Arbor and wow did it make a great first impression of the town! Excellent coffee, friendly service, and big smiles make this a truly one-of-a-kind place. I will be coming back for sure.
