BIGGBY COFFEE

This is our favorite Bigby! We stop on our way back to Hilliard, OH from Up North. Staff is so friendly and pleasant. We will continue to make this our go-to spot on our way home from camping. Wish we had Bigby in Columbus, OH.

So my cousin loved this branch of coffee shop. And so after he passed away from cancer (in memory of him) we went to this one and all loved it!! Totally worth it!!!

3 of my drinks weren't made right. Then got home and there was another one that wasn't made right. Tried another and it was really sweet. I was really frustrated. I wasn't gonna waste my time to call.

Great store, great people working there! I love when I walk into this store and they are so very, very friendly. Coffee is great and made quickly, efficiently.

They didnt tell me they ran out of ingredients intil after I ordered. They tried to substitute the ingredients in a smoothie and it tasted plain and not worth the money at all.

Always sweet and welcoming. I’ve ordered wrong before and realized after they made them and they still offered to fix them at no extra charge.

Stopped a important program..

I love to stop here it is one of the best bigbee I have ever been to. They always get my order right and they always treat you like family

To bad it is not a drive through but this is one of my favorite biggbys when I'm traveling. Friendly, clean and they're so nice!

Would much rather have Starbucks but they were closed for the day and had to go here. The coffee always tastes burnt to me and they don't have the selection of coffee syrups that I like.
