Superior bread will not be found in the Berkshires. Naturally leavened (and used for the pizza dough), the crumb and tangy flavors are phenomenal. Great care was paid to the choosing of toppings with lots of freshness. The photographs of various grains in bloom reflect the baker's respect for sourcing high quality products. A true gem.

Simply out of this world delicious! The baked goods are incredible, the produce and meats are fresh and mouth watering! Their combination creates delightful meals and snacks to satisfy any palate. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing baked goods. True yeast free sour dough. We had pizza and a lentil soup, both were delicious. The place doesn't look like much of a bakery ( kinda hidden and tucked away in the back ) and it's not the coziest. That would have been an added bonus. Nevertheless it is a clean and comfortable place.

The food and service are excellent here. They took the time to answer all of our questions before we ordered, and they have vegan options which is nice. The sandwiches we ordered, the Falafel on Olive Ciabatta and Portabello, were so tasty and delicious. The bread alone is so good and well made. We also ordered the vegan pizza, which exceeded our expectations. Some places make a vegan pizza, but it's usually just topped with random vegetables and it's very soggy. They don't put in the effort to make a tasty pie. Not the case here. The pizza had a delicious flavor profile and consistency, but the crust really made the pie a stand out. If you're looking for delicious food in the Berkshires, I highly recommend this place.

Update; I have been back and everyrhing was ready at opening time. That's a huge plus! Also the music was more appropriate for the am and at a volume that allows for conversation with friends. I'm delighted to give five stars. All the best to business!
I have had several take and bake pizzas from here and they've all been really good. I've been a few times in the morning for pastries and cooked breakfast. Also very good food. The one thing that is a negative for me is that when I'm there right when they open they don't have the full coffee selection available. Once they had no coffee available for the first half hour they were open. As I continue to go back if the am coffee situation gets resolved I will update and hopefully give 5 stars. Oh, one other thing, the Metallica being played in the morning may not be for everyone. I'm cool with it though 🤘☠️

Decided to stop here bc it's all organic. The pizza was exceptional in every way -- fresh, flavorful and clearly made with quality ingredients and expertise. A must stop in the Berkshires. As good as any NYC slice.

Pizza great bread great, breakfast was a ripoff. Iced coffee very good baked goods with apples were delicious. Salads excellent... Counter help has been way up and down ranging from good to poor and its difficult to call in a phone order in tge morning.

We were recommended this place by a local and we're glad we took their advice. The staff was friendly, the sandwich was tasty, and the potato salad tasted fresh that day. The bakery had an authentic feel and taste.

I would give the pizza 5 stars and the service 3 Stars. We ate in the first time and did not make that mistake again. It took about a half hour for our food to come out, the room was freezing because the AC was set so low, and the employees were obnoxious. The pizza however, was delicious. Since then we have ordered takeout to minimize our time with the staff (the one guy might as well be Michael Scott).

Quite good pizza, I always pick one up when in the area. The pastries look good -- I wish they opened earlier!!!! I want my morning pastry at 8, not 10.
