Great coffee and caring and quality oriented staff. Great place for a quiet meeting or to get some work done.
My only grumble is the baked good options. I'd love to see a more substantial food option with low sugar.. hearty muffin or an egg filled puff pastry thing etc.

Good coffee but 12.50 for a medium latte and a sticky bun seemed a bit expensive and that was before tip.

This cozy coffee shop is a great place to do work or catch up with friends. I work here remotely once or twice a week and always get the hot chocolate - so yummy! There are a decent number of outlets, especially if you sit at a table along the wall.

It's 2:07 pm on 1/14/21, the guy on duty is a jersey. I ask for a medium ice latte, he proceeds to say Small or Large, I tell him large he gives me a small. I ask if that was a large. He then pours the small into a large cup and adds milk
It was my first and last visit to this coffee shop. And to think we came here from Hartford. CT. What a waste of time. There are other local shops around. I'll take my business to them.

The coffee was about the best that we've had on our whistle stop tour and the folks there were very kind.
Somewhat surprised that there were no gluten free food options, but that's only an aside as it wasn't the primary reason we stopped. The ginger molasses cookies were delicious, but my gluten free significant other was jealous that she couldn't partake, hence the docked star (between being hangry and the redirect aggression, she gave me quite the earful about how disappointing it was that they had vegan options but no GF options).

I stop through this coffee shop on my way between VT and New Haven every month or so. It's easy get to off the highway and has excellent drip coffee and craft espresso beverages. A third wave shop, they also offer friendly service, lots of seating options, a warm and comfortable vibe, farm direct retail coffee, and good food options! Thank you, Northampton Coffee!

Never had a bad latte here. Consistently well brewed and always the perfect temperature to drink when I receive my order. So nice to be able to enjoy a drink that hasn't been overheated.

One of the best lattes I've ever had and having lived in the Seattle area for years now, I've had a LOT! Served in a wonderful venue with knowledgeable staff who gave the out of town customers before me as good of advice regarding other places to go in the area as you're likely to get from a tour guide.

some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had, my friend and I tossed full cups in the trash as soon as we were on the street. don’t waste your money (I’d give it 0 stars if possible)

Best in the area. I try and try but I just cannot seem to find a better cup anywhere I travel.
They take their time. Even when the line is to the door. I'm hooked. Become an obsession. This cannot be healthy. The place is completely out of my way. Why am I sitting in rush hour traffic on Pleasant Street. I should be home with my spouse's reliable drip coffee machine and my kids. I'm not comfortable with this. I realize this review is of no help to you. That was not my intention.
