So happy I found this treasure in Chatham. The sandwiches are really tasty with fresh ingredients. If you are a lover of baked goods, look no further. Today I sampled the Monomoy sandwich and the Lemon Bar - 5 Star!

We moved to North Chatham in May and love having the Perk nearby. They are wonderful people and Sean always knows our order and greets us with a big smile. Great pastries, coffee drinks, smoothies, juice drinks, sandwiches and a monster eclair!
Highly recommended!

Wow! I love "the Perk"'s breakfast sandwiches on Portuguese rolls. Today I ordered " The Lighthouse " which is an Italian sandwich on a sesame seeded ciabatta roll. It was delightful! Everything is super fresh everyone and the staff is super!

Lots of different sandwich choices. And they are really good. Place is clean and staff is nice. Food didn't take long to get. Love the little patio area out front. Very quaint.

My first review noted that the bagels were stale when we ate them at home. We were so hoping the bagels would be good.
The owner askes me to give them a second chance to earn their business. I just have to say that I am glad that I gave them a second chance. First of all, both the manager and the owner are very genuine. They absolutely wanted to ensure I had a great experience. Second, I have to say the bagels and cream cheese was certainly much much better! I would definitely come back again! Thank you for helping me become a repeat customer!!

FAVORITE PLACE ON THE CAPE! Workers are always nice and they have the best açaí bowls in addition to a huge selection of other items for a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.

Open for breakfast and lunch. A great selection of hot and cold sandwiches with Cape Cod themes. Great coffee. Large selection of baked goods including “shark” cupcakes decorated with a fin. Ice cream, too. Very nice staff. Eat in, take out, or eat on the patio.

These are the businesses that make Chatham (and Cape Cod) the place you want to visit. I'm a local, and if I go here you should too. They sell locally roasted coffee, and employ locals. It's not seasonal, so you can come here between September and April and get a cuppa.
In addition, the two employees I did deal with were pleasant and we enjoyed good conversation at the checkstand. Don't miss this place for a smoothie, cup of Joe or a great sandwich when you are in Chatham!

Greatest place in Chatham, for a quick, or a long relaxing breakfast or lunch. The staff is the best at making their guests feel welcome, and the food goes without saying , the best, and their bakery goodies are decadent. 10 stars in my eyes.

old bagels, grumpy service... we drove here half hour for a "nice breakfast" as advertised by other reviewers... just to be greeted by a sleepy lady and be served old bagels with tasteless egg... the "gourmet" lemonade was all chemicals, not a trace of real lemon in it. the "hashbrown" clearly heated in the microwave, all stuck to the paper that it was wrapped in... we were never asked if we want it here or to go. the "espresso" was lost in a large paper coffee cup. seriously? you don't even have small paper cups? . Yes, it's 6:30am... but am I unreasonable to expect fresh food and nice service at this hour? (Especially after asking "what do you have that's fresh?"). I'm usually generous with tips, but this breakfast doesn't deserve any, considering half of it ended in the trash... going to the store to get some eggs to make fresh eggs at home :)
