Marylou's Coffee

Absolutely disappointed I heard such good reviews about this place but when I ordered a multi grain bagel, I asked with extra cheese expecting they would put the cream cheese on the bagel, but apparently that was too hard, so what am I even paying for I could make this at home and not only did they not put the cream cheese on it’s not the right kind and wet I will be calling to get a refund. Definitely not ordering another bagel here.

Ive been going to Marylou's for a couple of months and absolutely love this place. The new manager which I believe is named Amanda and some of the older ladies are absolutely wonderful and the most respectful, sincere people, and they never fail to make my mornings.They always make my orders right, and always make sure customers are welcomed and satisfied. On the side note, in regards to some of my coffee runs I have seen some younger girls who visibly do not do their work and even give unnecessary attitudes towards their customers. They ignore customers whom clearly come in to order their food and leave, visibly sit on their phones and even give quite the attitude. Ive seen some even get visibly upset by simple tasks that are/required to the job. Overall, this place is amazing, could use fix on some things but definitely deserves the 5 stars.

I've been to Marylou's several times and my only complaint would be some of the teenage employees, you walk in there and if they're not on their phone they're chatting disregarding the customer. They always dish out attitude when taking your order and treat you like a joke. Some of the older employees and the manager, Amanda are a joy. They always assure the customer is satisfied and put lot's of effort into customer satisfaction. Food is great, coffee is excellent.

Mary Lou's is known for their high-quality coffee, and it's easy to see why. The beans are freshly roasted, and each cup is carefully brewed to perfection. Their specialty drinks, such as the Frozen Hot Chocolate and Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha, are creative and always delicious. They also offer a wide variety of flavored syrups to add to your coffee or latte, including seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice and peppermint. Whether you prefer a classic cup of coffee or a more indulgent treat, Mary Lou's has you covered.

The line was pretty far out the door when we went. I didn't get coffee, but from what I heard from the people who did, it wasn't worth the line. I, however, LOVED my Passion fruit Twisted tea with Immunity shot! I also got a chocolate pound cake that was yummy. The place has a small selection of snacks and other kinds of drinks to choose from. I think others liked their coffee, but not before asking MANY times to add another pump of cream or milk to it. The place is also small itself, which is cute, but only if people are kind to each other while waiting. The place attracts some snobby college kids (sorry, have to be honest). But the music is fun and workers seem to have a good system down. Morale could be better.

The thing I love most about Marylou's coffee is not just the HUGE variety of coffee flavors that they have to offer, but the fact that every person (It's primarily women that work there, it don't think I have ever seen a guy at any Marylou's on the South Shore/ or the Cape) who works there are very friendly and that they're always offering different suggestions for the drinks. I would like this type of drink, and then they'll offer a substitute for something or warn me certain. favors are already sweetened so it's really good to know all of that before I load a bunch of sugar into my coffee.

Every morning I go in to marylous the Manager and other employee has a smile on her face so polite I spilled my coffee outside and there was no hesitation of making me a new one. 5 Gold stars for positive attitudes.

In fact not the best coffee. If you love iced coffee this is your place. Very weak tasting

Went in the shop with two of the hardest working girls in there. They seem to always have a positive attitude and smiles on there face. While waiting for my order the Manager Amanda was is there snapping orders,telling them everything that is wrong with the shop,and basically downing them right infront of me. I don't think she even said welcome to me as I walked in.Just stared at me like I was green and from another planet. But the other girls did. The manager could not stop running her long list of all her own shop failures on the other two. What an unprofessional person. Not sure how she is even considered a MANAGER. A manager girl is a team player and doesn't act like BOSS! NOONE LIKE BOSSY. They lose respect. You are going to lose your help. Oh wait...I think that may be your plan,because a couple weeks ago three other girls you wrote up. One poor girls family is going through some tough times. Maybe if you had a heart and gave her,her ten minutes for a break you wouldn't need to right her up. I hope you realize what amazing girls you have working for you. Loyal,NEVER CALL OUT, and even come see eachother on days off. I am a regular. I hope to stay a regular. I hope you change your ways Amanda (manager of Hyannis Maylous). Or Marylous should pay a little more attention to how there staff is treated. HARASSMENT is not right. Pretty sure it's against the HANDBOOK.

Great iced and hot coffee flavor options! It's a treat that the coffee is actually flavored and it's not from syrups. Great options for flavored iced and hot coffees too! I had an iced decaf vanilla hazelnut coffee and it was perfect. I love the pink theme here too. Definitely a great alternative to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. :)
