The new coffee have has good sandwiches but the customer service is bad there were employees arguing.

Awesome local spot! Family owned, and the food is amazing! I stop here almost everyday to grab my breakfast. Highly recommend Coffee Haven over the large chain restaurants!

Updated after the ownership change: I've waited a while before updating this review in the hopes that things were settling out after the ownership change, but it seems this is the new normal.
This place is still fine, but it's not quite what it used to be. It seems like most of the stuff that made Coffee Haven special - the local art, sugar donuts, sandwich variety, books, interesting paint- has been replaced by a sterile shadow.
The staff isn't as friendly as they used to be and there's a new emphasis on ordering ahead which kinda takes the heart out of things, too.
Will we still go here? Once in a while, but not three out of five mornings like we used to.
Old review: Another great local joint in Holliston. Good coffee and a open, fun environment with great music. The sugar donuts are a particular favorite in my house!

This is more than coffee! The veggie wrap was delicious for lunch. They have many breakfast and lunch options. I wish they had more vegetarian and vegan choices. An easy stop if you are riding the rail trail through Holliston. There is a picnic table and a gazebo with two benches about 100 yards from the restaurant. We carried out and ate at the picnic table. The restaurant has tables inside, but no outside seating.

Evxcellent, friendly service, good scones and great coffee. What could be better?

Love coming to my hometown coffee shop. It's small, homey, and always has what I'm looking for. I usually just get a regular French roast coffee but I really come here for the breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are great here so I'll get a cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese if I'm going for something sweet, or I'll get the onion with bacon egg and cheese. Always great food and the staff is super friendly and helpful

Very cool place to go with your kids. Wish I had take some pics of the place. Last of the cafes that actually encourages spending time there. Coffees are nice and paninis are sufficient

Loved it. First time there. We rode bikes on the Holliston Trail then came back to the gazebo area for a bite at Coffee Haven. They serve breakfast all day! Gotta love that. My toasted everything bagel w cream cheese hit the spot. It's a coffee place (cue the sign) and I'm a tea drinker. They did not disappoint. Great tea selection.
Seating is flexible. Tables inside and out, plus the neighboring gazebo area has benches. Perfect spot for a mid-day break or breakfast.
The shop is kind of hidden from view when driving, yet now that I know it's there, I'll visit again. Definitely will take some money when biking by.
They also have a nice selection of current books for sale and promote reading. Bravo!
Next time I'll pop into the neighboring gift shop.
Coffee Haven is a great spot in Holliston. A great find.

This place is adorable and so welcoming. A nice selection of specialty drinks and sandwiches. Iced and hot drinks were good and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. I was served by the owner and she was lovely. Just an overall wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back!

I am obsessed with this place. It's two blocks off my route to work and when I first discovered it, I visited 5 times in 7 days. There are books! And caffeine! All in one place! I am not a coffee drinker and am very particular about my chai latte (it has to be spicy); Coffee Haven has the best chai I've had since moving to New England six years ago. The staff is really kind and the food is delicious (Here Comes the Boom is bombbbbbb). Today I got the raspberry crumb cake and the person behind the counter told me they love selling it to people because it goes quickly and it's so good. I just took a bite and I think my eyeballs rolled back into my head because - yep - it's so good. I absolutely love Coffee Haven. My two best friends (who love coffee and books) are visiting in a few months and I can't wait to take them here. Also, I think it speaks very highly of a place that there are ALWAYS families here. I've been twice during school release times and there are always kids hanging out. Clearly Coffee Haven is a place that appreciates family and respects community. Love it!
