The pancakes and French toast we had here were good but not excellent. We know it's a new place and we will be going back again to try out some of their other items. This is a simple restaurant, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very inexpensive. It's a beautiful ride out there to get some breakfast or lunch if you are anywhere within the area.

My favorite little breakfast spot. My go to! I like the Hungry woman breakfast! 😉

We called ahead for a large party and they said they could accommodate us. We showed up and they completely refused to serve us. Completely lied. We had to reorganize our entire day and we are extremely disappointed. Can't speak to the food, but we had terrible service and were mislead.

Quintessential breakfast spot. The prices here are excellent. I can think of no better local place to have breakfast. We sat outside and had a great time.

Stopped in after a nearby hike with hungry kids and tired dogs. Great customer service. Great menu. So friendly and fast and good value. Will come back whenever in the area. Outdoor seating was a plus and food quality was solid-- homemade bread! Loaded tots! Yum yum yum.

Best Breakfast on Route 20!!! (Yes, I mean best on the ENTIRE Rt. 20... all the way from Boston to Oregon!)
Great food, friendly staff, and cozy ambiance. The hash & eggs or biscuits & gravy are my favorite dishes, and my lady loves the smoked salmon & egg breakfast sandwich or loaded oatmeal! Enjoy!

Saw this on Chronicle. Good people serving delicious food. Obviously a local favorite spot. I gave only 3 stars because it was very hot inside. AC was on and door was propped open.

We found this hidden gem while on vacation with our family! We ate at Carm’s almost every morning, delicious and fresh! The staff was also very kid friendly which helped since we have two toddler boys :) Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home style breakfast in a beautiful location!

It might be because we were there an hour before closing but the food was horrible. I had two fried eggs, one was runny. The biscuit was very dry and no flavor. The hash browns were greasy and inedible. Maybe the sandwiches are better?? I have seen a sign in a cafe that said "price, quality, service: pick two." Carnes
picked price and service.
