Had the best breakfast empanada ever and the blueberry muffin was delicious. It was quick to get our food but we had to wait a while for a macchiato despite there being few customers and a lot of staff. Would consider going again if I’m in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I really love this shop, the atmosphere is great and the coffee/tea is amazing but I was pretty disappointed in my last experience. I ordered a matcha mint to be and about 7 minutes into my drive I realized there was no peppermint in my drink so I decided to go back so I could get the drink I ordered. The barista was kind but she did not apologize. She simply said I can add more if you can’t taste it (mind you, i just had this same drink earlier this week and it’s very obvious when there’s peppermint in the drink and there was none). I don’t come out here often and when I do it’s a treat, there’s no snowy owl out by my house so I was bit disappointed that I had driven back only to get that response. I understand mistakes happen (i’m a barista myself) but at the very least there should have been an apology. I suppose if I do decide to stop here again i’ll have to try my drink before hitting the road to know that’s it’s made correctly

If you're reading this please encourage baristas to unionize at all three Snowy Owl Locations by simply speaking with the baristas you love and cherish.
I have been told by numerous former employees that owners of this company treat their employees poorly. Owners such as Manuel. Peace with you Manuel, this isnt an attack.
I encourage everyone reading this to shop elsewhere until a firm employee oriented contract is drafted and ratified.
All power to the people.

THIS IS A MUST GO. They had superb coffee and wonderful merchandise. I thought the staff was friendly and the general place was incredible. They have gardens and seating that is welcome to everyone. When I went, they had an open air art shop with some great artists. I loved my experience here, and definitely recommend stopping by.

A truly amazing spot with great coffee. You can sit here for hours and enjoy several cups of coffee. You can watch them roast coffee too. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a nice garden in the back. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
It's right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail in case you need a caffeine boost or a cold refresher.

Nice coffee place down in the Cape! We saw this coffee shop featured on Channel 5’s Chronicle and decided to take a visit. We were not disappointed as we ordered a vanilla latte, a regular coffee and a cranberry orange scone. Everything tasted great, the prices were cheaper than a Boston-located coffee shop and the atmosphere was cozy with really nice service. We’ll be back! Thanks Snowy Owl!

I've gone to Brewster every summer for most of my life but didn't try snowy owl until this last summer. it's so surprising though! as an Atlanta native I wasn't expecting a very hip little coffee shop to be in Brewster of all places, but ask and ye shall receive haha! they grind coffee in store and have lots of good seating indoors as well as a huuuuuuuge backyard. there are lots of gardens with flowers and crops in the back and you can walk a few miles back for a beautiful scenic path that backs up to the bike trail. there are lots of wild blackberries growing in July and August, and low-key everyone who works in the garden is really attractive just sayin.

My favorite coffee shop. Friendly staff that remembers your name. Great coffee/espresso and house specials too. “Cup of sunshine” is delicious.

i LOVED this place!! i went for coffee yesterday and got a cold brew with almond milk and it was great. the workers were so nice and friendly. the whole place had such hippie energy and i felt at home because of that. i definitely recommend coming here if you’re staying in brewster or just passing through. this is a MUST.

Wonderful cafe with great coffee, ambience and friendly staff. I went here over the 4th of July weekend and the staff was friendly, attentive and even gave us a sampler bag of Expresso to take home! Highly recommend for your local coffee fix if you're in the Cape Cod area!
