I miss Raos!! My sisters coffee tasted terrible and my chai tea tasted cheap and was incredibly disappointing! If I’m gunna pay $11 for two damn coffees then they better taste amazing. Such a disappointment

Seating is very fixed leaving no room for adjustment or customizable comfort. However the atmosphere is great and the coffee is delicious with a professional appearance

Cozy and always crowded. I love the espresso here, though prices are steep. Come early in the morning if you want to get a table with an outlet.

Love their new location right in Downtown Amherst! Coffee is always fresh and the food is great. Would definitely recommend.

So friendly, extremely tasty, simple yet beautiful interior...all the things *I* want my local coffee shop to be. Any time I'm in Amherst, I'll be going there.

The cranberry walnut muffin I had was tasty but the coffee was just alright, it was weak, not strong and full bodied like it ought to have been...it always surprises me how the coffee places I stumble upon generally serve out weak and/or bitter coffee...my assumption for this is that Americans stereotypically have shite taste when it comes to food and drink, hence why a place like Dunkin’ Donuts is so redonkulously popular...and if people will pay for that trash that means that other establishments don’t really need to try all that much in order to rake in a dollar, and imo this sums up the American food service industry as a whole...Americans will gladly pay for par and/or sub par food/drink, so don’t try harder than you have to!

Great atmosphere for meeting up with people and/or doing work. Really good coffee. Best mocha's around.

GREAT staff. Obviously they love working there and that creates a wonderful environment. It's also well lit and the coffee was delicious.

Beautiful bright space with a real professional barista, my latte tasted real good.

Good food, particularly the Egg Sammy. Excellent array of coffee and tea, including matcha. Nice ambiance.
