What's not to love? AMAZING coffee. Lattes are not too sweet. Tons of delicious vegan goodies. The owners are absolutely delightful. And the setting in scenic Savage Mills is peaceful and beautiful.
It's a funny story, because I live in DC and was out here visiting my partner. I found out about this coffee shop through a Facebook group. I visited the next chance I had and discovered they owned a coffee shop in DC that I used to go to.
Anyways, I can't wait to visit again when it's warmer and bring my dog so we can explore the shops, and walk along the river, after grabbing a coffee and a bite.

I adore Brewing Good and I generally visit twice a week. It's exciting to have such a great vegan business nearby. The staff is friendly and they've made an effort to get to know me. They know my usual order and will sometimes start making the espresso as soon as I walk in.
If you don't specify a type of milk for your beverage, you will receive oat milk by default. I tend to order my latte with soy milk. They use unsweetened soy milk, so if you want a sweeter drink like what you get at certain chain coffee shops, you can ask them to add sweetener.
There are sweets available for purchase every day. They will offer anything from brownies to muffins to canolis. Donuts are usually only available on weekends. Most of the sweets are from vegan bakeries like Donut Run and Vegan Treats, but some are made in house. My favorites are the donuts and the gluten-free brownies, which you would never guess were gluten-free. I had the most amazing apple cider donut when they were in season last fall. Hands down the best donut I've ever eaten.

What a treasure! We are vegetarian and one of us has a gluten sensitivity, so this was a great place to try! We got the potato samosa turnover, the breakfast scramble turnover, and pumpkin coffee cake. All were vegan and delicious! We also had the pumpkin spice latte, the butterscotch latte, and ruby fog. The drinks for perfect, they were not overly sweet. They also have an indoor seating area, that we did not notice before, that is great for the colder months!

Love this place. When we lived in the area we visited nearly every weekend for lattes and doughnuts... their seasonal drinks are also fun and inventive. Really friendly folks at the counter. Even though we're now in Montgomery county I often find excuses to head to Savage and stop in.

This is such an amazing ALL vegan cafe open Thursday to Sunday! The staff is super sweet and the food and coffee are AMAZING. We ordered donuts coffee and breakfast sandwiches and they were so delicious! Everything is local also! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! So delicious.

Awesome vegan coffee shop owned by two awesome vegans. They roast their own fair trade small batch coffee on site and make a delicious oat milk lavender latte, as well as various snacks and pastries. I’m not even vegan and I come here because everything is delicious. Nice place to hang out with friends with good ambiance and music low enough in the background that you can hear it and the people you are talking to. Patio is very dog friendly.

I had a bad experience at Brewing Good Coffee Company. Although the coffee was great, the barista was rude to my friends when they asked for creamer in a vegan store. He could have easily accommodated their request with vegan milk instead he choose to be rude. I will not be returning to this coffee shop and recommend going to Roggenart European Bakery & Bistro instead, which offers decent coffee and delicious baked goods, along with friendly and welcoming staff.

The vegan coffee bar is one of my favorite places to go for self care time. Their drinks range from espresso over a scoop of vegan ice cream to a nitro latte or cold brew and all the things in between, including espresso soda! Their vegan food treats will knock your socks off. I’m so glad they are doing donuts every weekend now bc First Donut Thursday just was not enough!! Thank you BGCC for being so dang awesome for everyone and the environment.

Awesome coffee shop find for a small roastie that is also vegan. I would recommend you stop by and take a walk around the surrounding shops or go on a short hike along the river.

Yay, Hidden under the tower at the ol' cotton shed of Savage Mill found a great vegan coffee and bakery place. 100% vegan. Absolutely delicious "egg" sandwich. They have some other savory things I would love to have when they have the stock. All the baked goods were so yummy!
