Krispy Kreme

Went twice this week to try to get donuts for my kids and they would not answer at drive thru or come to the window... very weird. I called and they answered and told me they were open, I told them I was in the drive thru and they hung up... weird. Not going there again.

Great donuts. The outside looks like an abandoned building though.

I've never had a bad Krispy Kreme donut especially with the hot light is on!

The service was horrible. I was in the drive thru for ten minutes waiting. Their property is in need of a landscaper. It’s so bad I thought they were closed.

Sat in drive thru behind other cars for 30 minutes to be told drive thru was closed. Terrible customer service they could have said that when they took my order.

Hot Now !!!! The only way to go !!! Two were gone before we left the parking lot !!

We walked in ordered our donutssat at the counter and got to watch how they make the glazed donuts they gave my gf and I a free fresh glazed bonus right off the belt. Best glazed don't we've ever had

Was looking forward to hot fresh donuts as the hot sign was on. When thru drive-thru the box was not hot nor were the donuts. When I went and ask was told that were the hot ones.

The customer service here is extremely poor. I recommend going elsewhere. Plus the doughnuts don't have the glaze on the doughnuts like at other stores.
