Something has changed in the last 2 months. My lattes have been flavorless and my cappuccino is mostly foam. I think it may be a staff training issue. Sheetz is making much better hot drinks (and cheaper).

Stopped by on our way through because I’m not a fan of chain coffee shops. Delicious coffee and great customer service!

Best coffee shop in western Maryland! Also one of the only independent coffee shops I know of who dont make lattes overly sweet. Excellent quality coffee and quaint setting!

Coffee n baked goods are fine but seating outside...only n sparse seating...isn't relaxing as it's on the highway. We are on search of a hip coffee shop...

Great coffee and bakery treats! We visit every time we are at Deep Creek Lake.

I got one of their specialty lattes and it was delicious. I was worried it would be too sweet but it was perfect! Staff was really nice as well.

Great little coffee shop. Better quality and atmosphere than a Starbucks but a nice family owned local place!

Trader's Coffee House is an upbeat and very busy cafe/barista inviting the locals, vacationers and 4 legged companions along scenic route 219 in McHenry, Maryland. Enjoy a rich cup of joe, a specially inspired latte, a light lunch or a delectable pastry with the beautiful view of Deep Creek Lake a stone's throw away. My favorite!

Good cold brew coffee, decent atmosphere. Busy location across the street from boat rentals and in a shopping plaza. We came for nitro cold brew and they were unable to make it happen. Not working.

Cinnamon buns were super good. They also had featured lattes for valentine's day which was nice!
